Without any initial commitment from me, they brought up my property on their computer (very quickly), discussed what some of the challenges could be, talked about the area in a very knowledgeable tone (without being condescending in any way, shape or form) and gave a workable ballpark estimate on what it would take to get an accurate survey of my property lines. I never once got the feeling I was being taken for a ride. I didn't feel talked down to - they really did their best to talk in plain English, and in the end, the price was waaaay less than the ballpark figure they gave during the initial interview. When they came out to the property, they were very respectful and very professional. While I tried to stay out of their way as they worked (took about two hours), I did want to know specifics in a couple of areas and Evan accommodated every request I had and his partner (so sorry, I forgot his name) was quick to put in a stake. I got my official results in less than a week. I can't say enough good about this company. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a survey.

When I call and leave a message, I'm never given a courtesy call back. When my husband manages to talk to them, they feed him a line of bull such as "We'll be there on Monday" (Monday comes and goes), "We'll be there after lunch" (today, June 10, 2016). I'd rather they be honest and say they're not interested than to yank us along.

Nice place, but the sewer smells bad by the door. These were about the 4th property to spring up…read morein the Old Market a few years ago. First the Old Market lofts, the Rows at SoMa, some in NoDo and what I call the Hiro lofts. I know they chose a more permanent name because one day it is a Hiro 88 and soon may be Smashburger or something. ( that is completely hypothetical). I have had my eye on other dwellings in the Old market lately so I thought I would look here. As any new build downtown I saw them go up. Basically just plywood, TyVek and siding to stand between the elements and the interior drywall. Aside from looking flimsy in contrast to the Skinner Mac building across the street they do have nice layouts. good design inside and great location outside. there is always something going on there, but I don't know why they haven't been able to fill the western most retail location. I can only assume that it is the rental prices. Way too high for what it offers when there are other choices in the vicinity. The odor that hits your nasal passages just about a half block west of 13th St.is not jlofts fault, but man. I could go with out it
