Horrible I mean a horrible place to go to. I tried to find a therapist in the Dundalk area and they gave me some quack who was over 30 minutes late and then he said his office was in the garage! Again I said GARAGE! I was so creeped out by this when he took me back into his office which wasn't even in the same building. And then he does why would they make an appointment with me when I'm not even a therapist? WTF! The front office needs help they're not friendly and it's just a horrible place to go to. If you're seriously looking for help or someone that will listen go to Towson or some bigger area in Baltimore county or city. Don't go here! It's shady as can be. I am beyond frustrated with this office. Trish Depaula (therapist) and Dr. Khan (psychiatrist) have helped me so much, but the office itself is absolutely terrible. They have rescheduled so many of my appointments at the last minute (and not had available appointments to move it to for over a month after my original). I have even shown up for an appointment and they didn't tell me till 20 minutes after it was supposed to start and I'd been waiting that my doctor wasn't there (I'm positive this is due to office error not to her fault, because they've screwed up other things so many times). Every single time I've been understanding and have never given them a hard time because I understand mistakes happen. Where the biggest problem comes from is that they do not return the same level of understanding. I had surgery that went worse than expected and was on heavy pain meds, resulting in me completely missing an appointment. I understand that it was a mistake but I provided documentation and have NEVER missed or been late to an appointment before. Despite me taking every problem from them with no complaints, they would not let me pick up my scripts for my medication or schedule another appointment until I paid the fee. I missed a ton of work from this surgery and even past money, it is the lack of respect that has completely turned me away from this office. I spoke with someone from billing who refused to be lenient under the circumstances but said I could pay the fee in installments - yet when I called to set up the plan they said this wasn't an option and if I didn't pay the fee in the next few hours they'd cancel all of my pending appointments and prescriptions. They also refused to let me speak to or to pass along a message to their owner. So basically I can't get the medications or treatment I NEED because they have absolutely no care about their patients. They expect their patients to put up with their complete disorganization and chaos yet they cannot be understanding for a genuine medical issue and mistake. I will be looking for a new office but it is completely unacceptable that I have to put my medical and mental health in jeopardy because I have to interrupt my treatment due to their lack of respect and care for their patients. read more

As far as I'm concerned, I couldn't "connect" with them. I felt as if I were on a conveyor belt. They made me feel as if they weren't very interested in me or my problems. They just wanted to collect their paycheck. read more

While the doctors might be great, the front office needs some help. There is no organization, no standard processes for check in and each doctor has a different method of taking patients back. Try to call and make an appointment - good luck. When you eventually get someone on the line, you will be put on hold, you will have to repeat yourself, and because the appointments are kept manually with pencil and a pad of paper, it will take you at least 10 minutes to find an available time slot if you have a 9-5 like most people in this country. Recently, they created a huge billing problem for me and used it against me by not allowing me to continue with my medication until payment was made in full. I have had multiple side effects as the doctor himself warned me how dangerous it was to stop the medicine suddenly. I am still trying to clear the issue up. Nightmare! Being this was not my fault, I was treated like a delinquent and had medical consequences because of their incompetence, I would not suggest this place.
