There were times her call button was unplugged or not available. And even when she could communicate using her phone by texting a friend to call for her it took far too long for staff to respond. No patient should ever be afraid of the people responsible for their care. In my opinion, the lack of compassion and inattentiveness she experienced was unacceptable. She has since passed away. I know she was not given the respect every person deserves. I would not board my dog at this place.

The doctor office staff was friendly and the appointment once in went quickly and smooth. I would if possible consider off site appointments to avoid this cluster getting to your appointment here.

Let's be honest, it can be quite difficult to seek therapy, and even more difficult to find the right therapist. I've seen a few therapist over the course of the year, but there is no other therapist like Jeffrey! We've had many life changing sessions where he has an arsenal of tools (e.g. psychological frameworks and theories) in his toolkit to get to the root of your issues while maintaining his down-to-earthness such that you can be the best version of yourself. Jeffrey is extremely professional, productive, approachable, and accommodating. He's also an amazing listener and can say some profound things that will leave you wanting more sessions. It's August 2018, and I can say that I'm on a better path because of Jeff. Unfortunately, the only reason why I will be discontinuing my service with Jeff is due to my relocation to another city. He will be surely missed. However, Jeff is so kind and warm that he has even extended an offer to do telecommunications if I ever need anything as I set forth on a new journey of confidence, resiliency, and determination. I'm thankful and I look forward to what's to come because of Jeffrey! Fellow readers, please message me if you have any additional questions about my experience with Jeffrey at Maryland Apex Hypnosis in regards to therapy or hypnosis. I'd be glad to answer them!

I was giving no specific instructions on where to go and simply sought out the Loch Raven facility. I thought it was similar to the fort Meade VA patient outpost, but it's larger and is more of like a campus. The first place I went to, that woman tried to direct me to where I needed to go, but it took me a minute to find it. Once I finally found the physical therapy section, I was good to go. I checked in and the woman said, 'okay you're checked in'. Again I advised, where do I go? My assigned physical therapist came out and got me and we began our work. She was very friendly, polite, and compassionate. There were about four other therapists working with their clients there in the same space. There was a lot going on. I did feel that my needs were addressed and I left there with clear instructions on what I needed to do to get myself better.
