He shows no empathy and he talked down to me, especially when I showed signs of dysfunction. Reminder- this is a mental health professional. A doctor who works with fragile people who are struggling. He makes snap judgements rather than trying to understand. He will ignore your pain and cut you off at your worst time in life if you deviate from social norm. Day one and since then as been a phenomenal experience. Mr. Berry is personable, and professional. He is kind and compassionate, and eased me into my experience of online treatment. I was able to discuss my treatment plan and my progress that was reviewed by both of us. I am very happy with my treatment and experience. They have multiple treatment rooms, a multi sensory room and and large gym. The therapists work hard to get to really know your child and target their needs and strengths. Communication between staff and family is great and they are open to discussing different treatment options and goals. They are also willing to work with the school and IEP teams. My son does SP, OT, and ABA there and we couldn't be more happy with his progress do far.
