Excellent, caring place. Definitely recommend. Open…read moredisclosure, I, myself, am a psych therapist and go here for my own medication mgmt and therapy. Dr Mitchell (psychologist) is, by far, the best therapist I have ever had. She's grounded, practical, and despite a heavy case load, was willing to add me on in a pinch when I was going through a personal crisis and needed therapy services. Dr Astrada (psychiatrist prescribing meds) is a sweet man, simple and straight forward. The office is beautiful, immaculately clean, and organized. The front desk staff always remember you and take the time to work with you. They do have issues answering the phones at times, but this is the nature of this type of organization. The volume of calls that come in are quite excessive (as observed by me in the waiting room and comparing to the clinic where I work), and sometimes calls cannot be returned right away. However, I have always gotten a call back promptly. I highly recommend this place and you'll love all of the mosaic artwork. Dr Mitchell ROCKS! :D

I have always shown up 10 min. prior to my appointment, and sometimes was left waiting for an hour to be seen. When I called to reschedule my appointment, I left 2 messages on that day. The following day, I called 4 times, leaving 3 messages. Still no one called me back. I used my daughter's phone and called and they answered on the 2nd ring to tell me to walk in the next day, and be there early b/c they only take 5 walk-ins. I have children, go to school, married and live on the other side of town. This is a complete hardship for me. I am changing counseling. I cannot believe this is a place to get therapy.

Kaiser Permanente Baltimore, like the rest of the Kaiser Permanente organization in Maryland, is strongly focused on patient care and prevention. Their goal is not only to prescribe medications, but also to help patients understand why they are taking them, how to take them correctly, and how those medications fit into their overall health. Like any large healthcare organization, Kaiser continually monitors its performance and looks for areas that need improvement. When opportunities are identified, they make a genuine effort to address them and improve the quality of care. My family and I have had very positive experiences with Kaiser over the years. We appreciate the emphasis on prevention, coordinated care, and patient education. In our experience, Kaiser Permanente is one of the best healthcare organizations in the Baltimore and Maryland area.

The care this treatment center provides is amazing and the relationships and community within the building are truly so special. They're extremely open, welcoming and caring.
