Working for PDG was one of the best experiences of my career. Aside from the benefits they offer their employees, the staff and supervisors at PDG make the workplace experience above par. I worked as a Mental Health Care Coordinator for 8 months under the supervision of KristiLee Sheffler, LCSW-C. Kristi went above and beyond to take care of her employees and their clients. She was always a phone call or text away when in need and she constantly encouraged her staff to practice self care. PDG exponentially helped me develop professionally and the experience I gained was invaluable. I highly recommend PDG! read more

Great people, motivation to be excellent and help others, and great growth/career options. Very challenging job, but good for independent workers. Everyone really goes above and beyond to help providers and vendors, and provide consumers the best care possible. read more

Aesthetics is only a small part of her knowledge base and she is amazing at what she does! I stopped by the MedSpa on a whim. It's right next door to my accountant's office, so I decided to check them out. I'm so glad I let curiosity get the best of me. Dr. Dana was at the front when I entered and I asked her if there were any treatment options for the dark circles under my eyes, which several dermatologists have told me was hereditary and "just a part of getting older". I had no appointment, but Dr. Dana immediately took me to the back to discuss my options. It was like my entire world opened up. There were so many treatment options available, including many that were topical and non-invasive. I was absolutely blown away. What I really appreciated is that she wasn't trying to sell me anything, but really just educate me and inform me so that I could decide what was best for me. She sat with me for about an hour (again, with no appointment) to put together a treatment plan and discuss next steps. Now when I say she's a wealth of knowledge, I can't overstate that. She has been incredibly proactive in recommending things that I didn't even know were available to me. Things that I didn't even ask her about. For example, we were casually talking about the weather and I was telling her how dry it was making my scalp. She was able to recommend a product to help me manage the dryness (something that my dermatologist never thought to do) and it has been an absolute game changer. During one of my treatments, I casually mentioned how tired I have been feeling after work and how I didn't have much energy at the end of the day. She could have just smiled and nodded, treating it like casual conversation, but instead she pulled that conversational thread to try to get to the root cause. She then offered some recommendations to try to help me get my energy back. What started as casual conversation ended with me feeling like a brand new person by the time I left the MedSpa. This place doesn't just rejuvenate my body, it rejuvenates my spirit. Everyone in there is just so kind, welcoming, and wonderful. It's really like being among friends. It's a place to relax, get away from the world for a little bit, indulge in some much-deserved self-care, as well as truly be cared for. I'm so grateful to Dr. Dana and the whole Integr8 MedSpa team for creating a sanctuary of wellness that allows us to become our very best selves... Both inside and out.
