I followed a set of different menus every two days, food that I generally eat anyway and drinking mandatory amount of water everyday. Getting B6 and B12 supplements twice a week. AND NO YOU ARE NOT STARVING YOURSELF. You are simply eating a certain amount for breakfast, lunch and dinner with selected snacks in between meals. I was losing 2-3 lbs a week.
