At 12:30 I was still waiting so i ask the man at the front desk was my outback ready it was setting where the customers parked their cars, he answered it is ready and I am waiting on the paperwork. I waited 15 more minutes which was 12:45 the man at the desk said my vehicle had not been taken back. No one bothered to tell me they were running behind or tell me anything. So I waited one and a half for a simple oil change that I had an appointment for and left there with no oil change just and hour and half of my day wasted. After seeing a comment about NHOU Oil Undercoating, I did a search and found that Martin's offers it. Made an appt. and had it applied today. I am well pleased with how much better it looks underneath my truck with the black coating! I'll definitely be back when it is time to have the coating touched up.
