Consistently Excellent Service at Mike's Mobile One Lube Express…read more I've been coming to Mobile One Lube Express in Madisonville, KY for oil changes and routine checks, and I can confidently say this team sets the standard for honest, respectful service. Every employee I've met has listened carefully, treated me with kindness, and followed through with real care. Mike, the owner, leads with integrity--he keeps his word, and his staff reflects that same commitment. Unlike other places, when you drive into the bay here, everyone is focused and working hard. There's no chaos, no confusion--just steady, professional service. I love that I can stay in my vehicle and watch the work being done. It's efficient, transparent, and reassuring. Today, I stopped by to have my oil checked, and once again, I was listened to and helped promptly. No stress, no rush--just good people doing good work. Madisonville is fortunate to have a reputable business like this. I've recommended Mobile One to friends and family, and I'll continue to do so. Porch Light Reflection: In a world that often rushes past people's needs, it's rare to find a place where listening still matters. Mobile One reminds me that integrity isn't loud--it's steady, dependable, and quietly present in every respectful exchange. I left today with more than topped-off oil--I left with peace. Reputation isn't built on noise or marketing--it's built somewhere in the quiet, where care is consistent and character speaks for itself. With gratitude, Martha Grace in Action Ministry

I wasn't hesitant as my friend knew whom to trust in town to business better than anyone. I called Sharkey's up and explained what I wanted to do. I wanted to by a transmission from a national retail seller. They did not see that as a problem and revealed that they had lots of experience dealing with the particular retailer. They asked me to bring the car down to the shop and I did. I told them that I need my car for a cross country trip and they said they would look it over and recommend any repairs that need to be taken care of before such a trip. I was informed of brake issues and a few other minor issues. They went to work on my car right away and returned it to me about 6 days later right after the transmission arrived from delivery. All of the mechanical issues were repaired at a magnificent price. New transmission installed and Sharkey's assured me that their work was under warranty and that I could contact any time if there was ever an issue. There were none. I visited two other auto shops in town and I would never return to those "other guys" to have my car repaired.
