Had a great experience buying a used truck from these guys. Jerrod was our sales guy, he was knowledgeable, competent and took great care of us. Clean dealership, friendly people (especially Lori), and a very smooth experience. Well worth the drive - highly recommend. read more

We had come to an agreement on a van after days of talking. Lee told us he would hold it for us since he wasn't at work that day and to come in the next business day. They proceeded to sell the van out from under us! So now we are back to square one, and thats personally not the type of place I want to give my business to if thats how they treat their customers. I would give them zero stars if I could. read more

My husband and I were on our way home from Nashville back in March when we got a flat tire at 6pm on a Monday night. We had to get our car towed, and we chose Trice Hughes. I was nervous that being from out of town, a dealership might try to overcharge us, and that couldn't have been further from the truth with Trice. They were able to send someone to pick us up from our hotel in the morning, and they were able to just patch our tire. They charged us under $20. The people there were super friendly, and we are very pleased with their service. Thank you so much! read more
