Waiting area always clean, staff always friendly. Parts can take a while to come in, but that's to…read morebe expected. Got a quote for an oil leak, had an appointment to drop off Friday morning at 8:00 AM. Appointment and parts ordered by manager Tim, I dropped it off early the night before. I called Friday late afternoon to check on status of vehicle as this was quoted 4.2 hours. They informed me they had not even started on it yet, I was called at 11:00 AM Saturday morning and said vehicle was done. Go to pick up, absolutely covered in oil under car ! They said the oil filter housing was cracked, I asked for the old one they replaced, no cracks ! Imagine that, they then said it was the seals. I asked why the seals couldn't be replaced for $260 cheaper ? They then informed me that they didn't have time to replace a wheel speed sensor that was quoted and ordered by manger Tim. This place is an absolute joke ! Stay far away

Little did I know that the mechanic sheared off two bolts in my transmission pan and didn't say a…read moreword. We come to these dealerships and pay the ridiculous prices for work we can trust. I will never give these guys a dime again. I called the dealership several times and left messages for the service manager to return my call. I never heard a word. Disgusting.
