They told me my wheel studs were striped and I needed to take to a shop with a certified mechanic. I asked if I needed to call a tow truck, they said they could fix it good enough to drive to Madisonville to a tire shop. I get to the tire shop and they didn't tighten the lug nuts. Also informed me Walmart was wrong my wheel stud was not striped. The shop I drove to tighten my lug nuts to spec and I had my tires rotated there with no issues. NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO WALMART FOR ANY SERVICE.

I waited 15 more minutes which was 12:45 the man at the desk said my vehicle had not been taken back. No one bothered to tell me they were running behind or tell me anything. I…read morehad a flat about 100 miles for Hometown Auto Repair and had a donut on my car with 350 more miles to home. Googled a tire service close and it gave us this place. Got off the interstate and drove a few miles to find it. When we got there, it was closed. My husband walked around back to find a man working on a project inside. He explained our circumstances and what we needed. The nearest other open tire repair service was about an hour back the other way. The nice man (assuming Tank) looked and found us the exact tire we needed to complete our journey. Definitely was a fair price and we paid him graciously and went on our way.
