Quaint and comfy station. We rode in for a tour at Belhaven. Because the station is so small, you're not likely to get lost, but if you have questions, their station masters are on hand and ready to help.
There's a small waiting room posted in between the main entrance and the restrooms. They have the usual pamphlets and such for those visiting the area.
We didn't spend a whole lot of time in the station itself. We were on a tight timeline to walk to Belhaven, and when we returned, we slipped in the front door and kept walking right onto the outbound train.
We did stop long enough to notice that it's a clean station, and that the employees we encountered were friendly and helpful for those who had questions along the way. read more
