I got a bluebird taxi on the 11th dec from their offices I had a fall I am disa bled I walk with a stick I got taken to my home in Currie my dress was damp with my friend trying to clean it when I got home I got a knock on the door from the driver saying he was fining me for as he said I urinated in the taxi I am so disgusted at there service I will not be using them again read more

First impressions of this private hire company aren't always positive, due to disinterested call handlers. However, the drivers themselves are generally lovely and mainly helpful. The cars are clean and well looked after. The cost is usually very reasonable and response times are good. I'm happy to use this company for local trips. read more

Taxi booked weeks prior to booking for 11 people and confirmed the day before again. Waited 15 minutes after taxi was due to arrive and phoned company who said the taxis were stuck in Leith and wouldn't be coming. However nobody tried to contact us to let us know and we could have waited indefinitely without knowing. Had to rush to get another taxi on the busiest party weekend of the year even though this one had been organized weeks prior. Very disappointed in the lack of communication. read more

i myself have used bluebird taxis for the past year and my granny for yrs i have actually had a nice man always answer the phone polite and they know as soon as i say my grannys name where we are going they are always quick we also enjoy having a natter with the drivers who are always very friendly most even carry my grannys shopping to her door which is in a flat very respectful company with lovely kind drivers read more

Booked a taxi and was told it would be 20 minutes. I waited for them and after 20 minutes called them back. The woman who answered said that it had come and they rang me (in a aggressive fashion) which wasn't true and then she hung up immediately. I rang back as I thought this was an accident. She got angrier and told me she didn't know what she wanted me to about it. I rang back a few minutes later and asked to speak to a manager. The same lady answered and said she was a manager. I asked if I could make a complaint and she started laughing and said "if you want".. So unprofessional. Will never use this ridiculous excuse of a company, and would heavily advise no one else to. read more
