I ordered a 20 yard roll off dumpster to get rid of junk from my home and an old barn on my property. The company promised delivery of the dumpster by a certain date, I hired people to help move large objects/junk to the dumpster. The dumpster came 4 days late then when I tried scheduling a pickup, and STRESSED to dumpsters.com that I needed it gone by a certain date (3 days ago) because I had hired a professional photographer to take pictures of the home and property, the dumpster is STILL sitting in my yard!! The customer service with this company is horrendous! They have no answers to my questions. They told me to call the number of the company on the side of the dumpster (not their number because they outsource) and see if I can get it picked up quicker----That's why I hired them!! If I could give a zero star I would...yelp make that an option... This is was most unprofessional company! The fee is astronomical compared to the local city dump. In addition, they drop off the most raggedy receptacle possible as if anyone wants such a horrendous monstrosity on their property in the first place. Then I immediately scheduled a pick to have the ugly thing removed as quickly as possible and they took a week to pick it up after my scheduled pick up. Customer service was a joke, no one could provide answers and always diverted the problem elsewhere. No one offered a refund. Ordered a dumpster for rental. To find out that their sales guy Matt (whose department phone numbner I have) will sell you this dumpster in gold. Your getting a great deal, etc. But they don't mention they are a 3rd Party. THEY do NOT rent you the dumpster, they contract with a third party, under a different name. YOU WILL PAY MORE! Come to find out the party they contracted would of cost us $200 less. Then to find out that not only were there "limits" not correct, or anything they said. The rental began on the day it was delivered. Not the day after. The company they contracted had it scheduled for today, when it hasn't been seven days. Ordered a dumpster from here and scheduled a pick up took over a week to pick up the dumpster and then they charged me for the whole week that they didn't come. They will scam money out of you do not use them find a local small dumpster company support local business and do not work with this trashy compan! read more

A large footlong metal chunk of something flew out of a dumpster.com truck on I77s near Fairlawn and smashed into my windshield with a horrific thud. I sent them a message and they scoffed that I accepted the risk of flying garbage by using a public road and that I needed to contact my insurance company to get my windshield replaced. Uh no, you cant endanger people on a public road by inadequately securing your junk and then blame them for driving on the same road. If I had been on my motorcycle today I'm pretty sure I'd be dead. read more

Unbelievably reliable. Not only did they save me from myself(dumpster I originally ordered was too big) - the service was great but the highlight was the price. Much more affordable than I imagined. I will use them for my wife's next home remodeling project. read more

If you need service DO NOT USE THESE people. They start out friendly then they do not answer, do not deliver and do not care. Use a local so you get the dumpster. They are also more expensive! read more

Terrible experience all around. They are cheaper, which is why I used them, but you will quickly realize why. The dumpers are never delivered or picked up on time. Then when you call, they also have no idea where the dumpster is as well lol. So at least you will have something in common with them. You'll also notice your credit card get charged randomly for little fees and such. Not sure why, but I'm sure if you call again it would perplex them as well. So add about 250 bucks to your initial price and you should get an accurate estimate for a dumpster. All in all, a terrible company with terrible systems and terrible operations procedures. Customer service is also terrible. This has one star mainly because I couldn't put zero. How can you sleep at night. How can you kiss your mothers and tuck your children in at night knowing there are thousands of people wondering where their dumpsters could be in the world?? The universe may never know. Hopefully mine arrives soon. read more
