There is absolutely no feed from the video that shows what happened from the rear of the truck. Therefore there is no possible way they can conclude there was no gross negligence. We have eye witness account that there was gross negligence. The quoted repair costs I received from a reputable repair person states it will cost $926.50 to return the damage to prior condition. $50 is not acceptable. Original Review: I rented a dumpster from this company that was delivered on 1/10/2024. During drop off at my home, the truck hit and damaged my property. They hit the stationary bricks that make up the garden bed along my driveway. This garden bed is shared with my neighbor and the result of this accident also loosened bricks on his property line. I opened a complaint with their claims department but they denied the claim. The in house claims person stated that property damage is acceptable because there is "inherent risk." I completely disagree. My home contractor had rented from this company previously for my property. Each time the driver was able to successfully drop off and pick up the dumpster without causing any damage. This time, the driver was not careful and caused damage that will cost MUCH MORE to repair than what it cost to rent the dumpster. They can call it what they want, but it's clear the driver was not careful and caused property damage. They want to call it "inherent risk" so they can say they aren't responsible. Working with their claims person has been a nightmare. They provided a video from the truck to help show proof no wrong doing happened, but the video didn't capture the rear of the truck. It only showed a video of the driver's face and the FRONT of the truck; but this isn't useful because it happened from the rear of the truck. If you are considering using this company, I highly recommend you reconsider. During my conversation with their in house claims person, he made it absolutely clear that a level of property damage caused by the delivery truck is expected and acceptable. Again, because he labels it as "inherent risk". If you're still not convinced and want to rent from this company, be sure to take video of the drop off and pick up in case you need to sue them. They won't take responsibility for property damage caused by their services.

I got a photo of Daniel prior to his arrival, as they confirmed the time. He called to let me know more accurately when he'd arrive. He obviously knew his profession, and was prompt in his diagnosis. Offered realistic perspective re. repair costs versus replace. Very transparent, efficient. Fee for coming to the house is reasonable, good value. I will definitely call these folks again for any appliance issues!!

They use answering services and free-lance technicians. I have had no working refrigerator for 7 weeks now. They demand money up front so you feel forced to put up with their incompetence. The first tech came to repair my fridge. It was not cooling properly. After a few minutes, I could smell melting plastic. He ran outside and paced back and forth as he was on the phone with someone. He claimed he melted something that wasn't important, at this point the refrigerator wouldn't even turn on. The next tech, replaced the plug (my boyfriend tested the one he removed and nothing was wrong with it). The third tech was good. He didn't understand why the plug was replaced, and ordered more part (3rd part order). He was scheduled to come out last Friday. Took the day off work and a no show, and no one called. I called them twice asking for a status and I just received there answering service and not return call. So they called on Monday, stating they called me 2 times! Totally not true! This company lies! When I questioned him about the 2 times, he changed his story and told me he called once. The third tech warned me that they will lie so people don't get upset. Well I am upset. The 4th tech is scheduled to come out tomorrow. I am not very hopeful that my issues will be resolved.

I told them I would not be home but I have a house helper that will be there at that time. They told me they would call while on their way to let me know they were en route. However, come to find out, the call while they are on their way was actually to confirm AGAIN, while they are on their way, that someone will be there and that they will NOT stop at the location unless someone confirms a second time. This was not my understanding. I had my phone with me at work and checked it throughout the day. I could not have the ringer on because I work with patients and have to keep in on silent but I do check it throughout the day. I did see ONE phone call with a voicemail and ONE text message, which I had missed. I called back but it was too late ... they said I had to reschedule. I got a call the next day from a lady who apologized but then she just ARGUED with me repeatedly. She insisted that she called multiple times. I double and triple checked my missed call log and voice mails. Indeed, ONE call and ONE voice mail. She continued to argue, saying "I called multiple times. I can show you a screenshot that shows I called multiple times." Ok, you do NOT argue with a customer like that. I later got a text message from her that started with an apology but then delved into defensiveness again. Again, in the text after saying "Sorry," she said "We called a handful of times and got nothing." I responded to her text saying that I would not do business with them and told her to not argue with a customer. I thought that was the end of it. It was not. Incredibly, she then called me back AGAIN (bad idea) to "apologize" but ended up defending herself even more in the same breath. She said "I'm sorry but I did call multiple times." I told her it's not an apology if she immediately says "But" and then just keeps defending herself. I told her that is a disingenuous apology. I told her, I have worked in customer service and have done service recovery, you do not apologize to a customer and then say "But" and then just defend yourself. That is not good customer service. I could not believe this, she defended herself AGAIN after this, saying, "Do I not have the right to defend myself?" And, incredibly, "I won't send it to you, but I did take a screenshot. It shows that I did call multiple times." She just WOULD NOT STOP defending herself. She could not stop. And when I told her AGAIN that she keeps acting defensive she sort of scoffed at me. This is an example of very bad customer service. I will NEVER call this company again and have already told people to not call them.

I discovered that my fridge wasn't cooling a little over a month ago (tho the freezer was still…read moreworking), and am new to living here, so found the name online. I described the issue on the phone, asked if it was worth fixing, they said yes, came out, assessed the job (and I asked again if it was worth fixing to which he said yes) and ordered the part. Returned, put new part in, and even as he was leaving I could tell it wasn't cooling. He said it was, left. Next day, warm, not fixed. Rescheduled, came out again a few days later, said I wasn't shutting the unit properly (i was). He then " discovered something else " that needed fixed. Unit worked for 4 weeks. Found my food spoiled + milk curdled today, again. $350 later. Called + they said " we have to let you know that we are going to charge another $120 to assess unless it is the original issue, blah blah. " I said nevermind + bought another, new fridge from another company for $650. No results, was disappointed to have lost they money.

So far so good. They advertise cheaper than AT&T, but $20 more. But after two months, personal…read moreservice and never have to call Artificial Intelligence or wait for service. But, one downside is they have more people standing in line waiting than other carriers. But they do take care of you.
