Punctual, Professional, Personable, Efficient!…read more I called Junk Bobby at 4:15 in the afternoon to get a quote on having junk removed from our garage, as well as a dishwasher, water softener, and a worn leather love seat recliner. By 6:30 that evening the garage looked like we'd just moved in. When I called he answered right away. He kindly asked that I send pictures so that he could call back with the quote. I sent the pictures and in less than 10 minutes he called with a very reasonable quote. I asked what day and time would be good for him; he said he could be at our home by 6pm that evening. I asked what payment types they accept, and am happy to report take accept cash or credit cards. I was thrilled. He texted when he was heading out, and again when he was 10 minutes away. He even arrived 5 minutes early. He and his assistant asked any necessary questions, and went to work right away. They were done in less than an hour. That included sweeping the garage once done. Stellar professional work, great communication, and timeliness; those are the things I look for and Junk Bobby didn't disappoint! If you value providers who honor their commitments, are on time, and excellent at their craft, look no further and call Junk Bobby today! I would, and will, highly and repeatedly recommend Junk Bobby to anyone needing junk removal services.
