I have, on occasion, gone in not knowing exactly what I'm looking for--but rather, just described a problem or challenge I'm having, and one of their staff (all whom are involved in at least one quirky hobby) has been able to say, "Well, son, sounds like you need this. . . All of this and the final product was exceptional at a very fair price. I would highly recommend Jamal and his team from Blackwood Kitchens for any reno, large or small. Dawna G
