It is in a busy shopping area of the city and so it can get a bit complex getting in and out of the parking lot given the other nearby businesses but that ought to change once the Costco closes and that car traffic moves. Nonetheless I find this location pretty well organized just like any other Home Depot location and have purchased things here that have been useful for my household needs.

The staff member that paged for me stepped up and scolded him. I dislike stores that have employees that would rather be on break or welfare. Some enthusiasm goes a long way. I decided that I would buy the fridge water filter elsewhere. It was too difficult to gain a little assistance. I also lost the energy to spend any more money for items still on my list. Please remember the following if you have a chip on your shoulder when going in there : 1. Paint is never returnable even at Home Depot. 2. Many of the colours are extremely popular and do sell out, and often have shipments coming in. 3. Shopping local gives businesses a chance to flourish. Buying chalk or milk paint from a chain store takes away $$$$ from local businesses. 4. If you can't be nice, leave.

Shopping for an area rug for our new house was a daunting process. After multiple trips to shops…read morelike Home Sense, Winners and other smaller home retailers I decided I should try a store that specialized in rugs to try and find something I loved. The store does custom orders, and also has "off the shelf" rugs to purchase that are organized by size. The size organization was a huge time saver, allowing me to concentrate on pattern and texture. A staff member brought me some water to drink and large plastic clips to mark the rugs I like (the same process as wedding dress shopping for any ladies who have been through that). There were a lot of rugs I liked, and one in particular that was exactly what I had pictured wanting for our space. The staff brought it down and laid it out on the floor for me to look at, and then wrapped it up for us to put in our car. The purchase process here is a little different than a normal store - you "sign out" rugs for 48 hours with a credit card hold, and if you like it, the store confirms over the phone and then bills your card for the rug(s) you are keeping. They emailed me my bill and care instructions within 30 minutes of talking on the phone. The staff here were lovely and the selection is top notch. The rug I selected was within the budget I set out before going shopping, and prices were totally in line with other stores I have visited.

I could not use it because I do not have a cel . The girl at the checkout attempted to try putting it through manally but it did not work. Another person tried to no success. She called for a Manager. The Manager said you need a cel to read the QR code. It was a useless gift. He then said he would fix the problem by giving me a Home Depot card for the same value. I was stunned. TI did not thing that kind of customer dervice was still happening. HE gave it to me ,I said Thank you and went to hand him my E-Card and he said keep it maybe you will figure it out or call the company and see if they could help. The first time at the cashier when we were told the visible price on the merchandise we were buying was not correct we thought... Hmm. Well. Okay. We paid the higher price. The second time we were told the visible price on the merchandise was wrong........I said....Hmmm...but the price is ON the tag. Apparently it was incorrect. WELL. OKAY. We paid the higher price. The THIRD time we were told the price was incorrect I did point out the price on the tag. NO. I did press the point. The woman said the objects were worth more and if I didn't agree, I could leave the items. I left the items. At first we were upset. But then we realized there are so many other places we can go to spend our money.
