I instantly liked her. She was friendly, caring and wanted to know about me as a person not just my medical history. The one thing I really like about her is she remembers you and the things you have told her. I have been to doctors before where they can't even remember your name. The front desk nurses are real friendly. Waiting room is a tad small. They try and fit you last minute for emergencies but don't always count on it. I'm talking off a star because they don't accept walk ins. Overall if you're looking for a new doctor check out Marina Cutarelli. You won't be let down.

They took such care in moving me around checking me over very confident and reassuring treatment. They were also kind especially my doctor Coovert and his RN Nicole. Before I get into the nitty gritty, please know I've only seen two practitioners here so the rest…read moremay be awful (or extremely better, who knows). My physical therapist, Liz, occasionally works here and my pulmonologist, Jan Steinel, is mostly out of here. Both of them are great at their jobs, and if I were only discussing their abilities and how they handle my health, it would easily be five stars for both. However, it's not as easy as me shooting off an email to my ol' buddy Jan and then I show up whenever (although some people assume they can show up whenever - that's at least entertaining). Making an appointment can be a real headache. See, in most cases, you aren't calling the desk that you need (let's go with physical therapy, PT). You are calling a central line. You could end up talking to PT, or a random call center, or maybe pediatric neurology. So schedule mix ups happen, as is my case where they gave me an appointment on a Tuesday at 2pm when they gave another individual an appointment on Tuesday at 2pm to see my physical therapist at the main campus. Now, I've mentioned that I like my PT. She's pretty good. She's not good enough to do her job in two places at once. When this mix up is discovered (LUCKY FOR ME TO CALL AND CONFIRM STUFF or it would be the SECOND time I had shown up to not have an appointment), not a single person apologizes. Nope, I just get to go extra time without an appointment and then have my PT tell me I need to be seen regularly. That's cool. If you go to Old Brooklyn for any medical care, please pay attention when you're driving past. The police are huge fans of the speed limit. Also the first time I went here I drove past it because it could easily be a Marc's. It's seriously in a little strip mall. On the plus side : FREE PARKING. If you've ever had to go main campus, the parking is not free and adds up. Ok, maybe it's the little things in life (but figure $3.50 per PT session, min of 12 sessions. Oh, plus my $50 co-pay) Neither PT nor Steinel have long waits - hooray! Both can usually get an appointment made in a reasonable time frame, plus when you arrive you are not likely to wait very long. The longest I've waited for Steinel was 30 min. Steinel doesn't run a lot of random tests; any tests he runs he explains why and makes sure that you get results. He also is a HUGE fan of My Chart - prepare for him to send you articles right while you're chatting during your appointment. One of his referrals did not work out so well for me, but he seems like an okay guy. As for PT, most of the equipment is a bit beat up but still in working order, and some things are in good shape. I had not expected PT to be fun or feel great, but with Liz it's about as good as it can get. She is encouraging and gives easy to follow instructions. She also has a few ways of explaining things in case you're not quite sure. It is usually pretty busy at this location, and anyone who isn't a physical therapist (maybe an aid?) is typically busy helping clean things up or helping patients. The staff are usually pretty helpful and nice.

After one visit, I can say that I am a BIG fan of Dr. Golovan…read more I recently moved to Cleveland and didn't have a doctor. I needed a physical, so I called a number of doctors' offices covered by my insurance. Unlike the others who either weren't taking new patients or weren't taking them for months, Dr. Golovan was able to get me in within ten days of my call. His staff is friendly, and unlike virtually every other doctor I've visited over the past decade, Dr. Golovan didn't subject me to the eight-minute shuffle--that game where overscheduled doctors make you feel as if you're imposing on them if you take up any more than eight minutes of their time. Instead, Dr. Golovan asked questions about my health. Then, he listened. Then, after I was done telling him about my concerns, we discussed them. I don't think I've ever had a doctor who was so genuinely interested in his patients' health and so dedicated to making sure that patients' concerns were taken care of. Also, the staff members I interacted with were extremely friendly and courteous. In sum, if you need a doctor in Cleveland, I would highly recommend visiting Dr. Golovan.

Dr. Schnell is knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and extremely thorough with his exams. His office is smaller than average, but it's organized and clean (I brought a book with me, since all offices don't currently carry magazines, (there's no way to sanitize them properly, due to this whole virus ruckus.) His staff is polite and thorough, plus his wife also works with him. I made an appointment roughly 3 weeks in advance, because he's busier than usual, again-due to panicking patients complaining about everything.
