This is a rare character trait in a doctor nowadays. She remembers the smallest antidote from your last visit that may have relevance to your current discussion. This really impressed me. It shows she really listens. Southwest Family Physicians has a great website. If you are a patient there is a "Patient Protal" where you can even email your doctor. I actually used this service and got an immediate reply from the doctor's office. The doctor was out of the office on vacation but I still was contacted back by her. Amazing, a doctor calling me back while she was on vacation. I never heard of that before. If you can't get an appointment to see your own physician on the day you call, you are always given the option to see one of the other doctors. WOW, what a novel idea, getting seen when you are sick, not weeks later. Also, through the "Patient Portal" you have access to your current chart, list of medications, past appointments, your medical history and your general account information. All great stuff to have on hand. Their website also has a blog that posts information on current health topics. All in all I am so glad to have found Dr. Biglow. She is a godsend. I have not gone to any other doctor in the practice, but I understand they are all very accommodating and have great personalities. I highly recommend Dr. Biglow at Sourthwest Family Physicians.

She makes you feel instantly comfortable and she just gives off the vibe as a very strong, intelligent woman. The receptionists are ALWAYS helpful and friendly, and they make you feel like a priority every time. Every doctor, nurse, nurse practitioner, and physician's assistant is well trained, thorough, and, best of all, compassionate. They listen carefully and acknowledge all concerns, and they treat each patient with respect and deference! It doesn't matter how "good" the doctor is; if good bedside manner isn't there, there isn't trust. Plus, the doctor on staff one day was able to diagnose in 15 minutes, what the local E.R. didn't do in FOURTEEN HOURS. I'm so glad that such a great resource is available so close to me!

Never in MY LIFE have I dealt with such horrible and unprofessional DOCTOR LEVEL staff. Not only did they prescribe me the wrong dosage of my controlled substance medication and REFUSED to fix it, they then call me and tell me it shouldn't have been prescribed at all - not my problem. The DID prescribe it, the mis-prescribed it, then told me too bad when asked to fix the error and that it shouldn't have been prescribed in the first place - once again, not MY fault. They are the medical professionals, not me, how it is my mistake they don't know what they should and should not prescribe? But yet, I'm the one who was told when I called, to "find a new doctor, that I had 3 weeks enough medication to get me through, that my pharmacy flagged the meds which is why they weren't filled (lies)" and the list goes on. I asked to speak with the medical director for several DAYS, and not until my pharamacy called did I recieve any communcaiton from him. Once I did he was rude, entitled, cut me off, and once again made it seem like it was MY fault THEY messed up. He then said he would "do me a favor" and "not report me " (not report me for getting my prescribed medication filled? Make that make sense), he then said if I DELETED MY NEGATIVE REVIEW HE'D DO ME A FAVOR AND SEND ME A REFERENCE OF A PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR - no surprise here, but I never heard another word from him. I am disgusted these people call themselves medical professionals and people have to actually trust them with their lives. DO NOT GO HERE - STAY AWAY. I will continue commenting and leaving reviews so the same thing that happened to me doesn't happen to others. THESE ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS WELL BEING AT ALL. Please do not make the same mistake as me and trust these people with your health! This could have been a life or death situation - and they did NOT care! They only cared about their online review and how they LOOKED on the outside. Sickening, I am in process of reporting them to the medical board as well as my insurance and telehealth services - these people are truly sick and should not be trusted.

He makes you feel that he genuinely cares, even though Cleveland Clinic only allows him 15 minutes with you. I always feel better when I leave his office.
