My friend was treated with dignity and care, and the nurse and doctor both were so friendly. I appreciated how they sought to educate my friend as well as tend to her needs. Cindy Farina was the RN who met with us, and she had the kindest eyes (maybe it's because she's also a midwife). You never know what you'll get at a free clinic, but I can tell you that FPS restored our faith in charity.

Throughout the last part of my pregnancy, I was able to see 3 different doctors in the practice (Belardo, Kerr, and Christian) and was thrilled with all of them. I felt listened to and cared about and never felt like I was rushed in appointments, which is a big statement in a medical setting. Everyone was friendly, open, and caring. I was overly "referred" in my former practice- the doctor wouldn't advise me on any concerns I had, she merely referred me to other (VERY expensive) specialists who ended up telling me nothing besides that I was pregnant and what I was experiencing was fine. The doctors at Westshore present themselves as incredibly caring and knowledgeable, and they can handle whatever you are dealing with in your pregnancy. Dr. Belardo also stuck around for many hours past her on call time to deliver my baby, which was so appreciated as I had a very long and difficult labor, so having such a friendly, caring, and familiar face with me to deliver my baby was so helpful for me and my husband. I can't recommend them enough.

I strongly discourage anyone to visit this OBGYN. My last visit was the worst medical visits that I…read morehave ever had in my life. Firstly, the doctor was incredibly unclear and did not communicate what she was doing. Not only did she lose part of my test, but the other part of the test that she did, was not testing for what she had communicated to me. How do you lose a patients urine? When I spoke with the receptionist she said that they usually don't collect urine because "they tend to lose the samples". So my question is why did my doctor ask me to leave my urine when she just planned on losing it anyway? When the test came back, the results were not what I was looking for. I have recurring UTI's and she tested me for a vaginal infection. I have been dealing with a chronic issue for several months, and this OBGYN never helped me at all. Not only this, but she gave me incorrect reproductive health advice. I am now having to pay several hundred dollars for this visit which was conducted on complete neglect. Not only did all of this happen, but I have been trying to reach out to the provider about my issues with this visit to see if I can get my bills covered for neglect and she is always on vacation. I have been told over and over again that they will get back to me and they never do. It has been over a month that I have been trying to reach out to them and they never get back. The receptionist even expressed how poorly my visit was handled, however they never get back to me about what has happened. I am disgusted at my experience and will never go back. Its doctors like this that make patients never want to return to the doctor and just self diagnose themselves which is what I will continue to do because this OBGYN never helped anyway.

Every person I dealt with at the office was extremely caring and professional. They have someone on call at all hours to answer worrisome questions. They are busy and try to get you in and out as quick as possible. This is nice because who likes waiting around at the doctors office? Especially during a pandemic. As fast as they are I still felt like they took all the time needed to answer any quedtions or concerns. I didn't feel like just a number there. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Brandwie and Dr. Kerr. I also saw a couple of midwives for follow up appointments and thought they were top notch as well. The location and parking are really easy to access.
