I instantly liked her. She was friendly, caring and wanted to know about me as a person not just my medical history. The one thing I really like about her is she remembers you and the things you have told her. I have been to doctors before where they can't even remember your name. The front desk nurses are real friendly. Waiting room is a tad small. They try and fit you last minute for emergencies but don't always count on it. I'm talking off a star because they don't accept walk ins. Overall if you're looking for a new doctor check out Marina Cutarelli. You won't be let down.

She always listens to all my questions and hasn't steered me wrong medically. The problem is the office staff/management. The wait times have gotten progessively worse since I started coming to this office. The typical wait time for me, even when an appointment is scheduled well in advance, is upwards of an hour to an hour and a half. Forget getting in if you are sick. They never have afternoon appointments available and I usually have to take vacation time off of work to come smack in the middle of the day. Which is pretty frustrating because with the wait time, actual appointment, and commute, that's 2-3 hours off work. For the last non emergency appointment I had to make it took them 3 weeks to fit me in for a 10:40 appointment. The office staff is flakey. They have made mistakes with not calling in prescriptions on time or not calling back when I have left messages for the doctor. I may end up changing physicians over this. Which is a shame, since I like her but the office staff is impossible to work with.

His office is smaller than average, but it's organized and clean (I brought a book with me, since all offices don't currently carry magazines, (there's no way to sanitize them properly, due to this whole virus ruckus.) His staff is polite and thorough, plus his wife also works with him. I made an appointment roughly 3 weeks in advance, because he's busier than usual, again-due to panicking patients complaining about everything.

The building is old and new. So in some places you get new and in some places you get old. Surgery wise I felt very safe and that I was in good hands. No problems. The little bit of issues come on post-op. The nurse assisting me was nice. And very helpful. They were eager to dismiss me. That's fine I was eager to go. But in that haste. There were issues. My IV line was still in me, my catheter was unhooked and had to be fixed it's like they wanted me out but didn't double check me. And I was kinda out of it from the drugs. So I was no help. Overall nice staff care was good. But I think they might have been busy or the nurse was pulled into many directions and things fell through the cracks that shouldn't have. Would I go back. Yes. But now I am looking to make sure things would be done properly.

My first experience with his office was not very good. When scheduling my appointment, his office staff was rude and made it seem like they didn't want me to be a patient. Likewise, when I went in for my scheduled appointment, they were unfriendly and abrupt. In fact, when I approached the window to sign in, the assistant actually closed the glass door of the window on me while I was talking to her. The wait time in the office was not unreasonable. I think I waited about 20 minutes to be seen. My wife quite likes Dr. Davis and I felt that overall he was friendly and personable (although a bit awkward) but I didn't really feel as though he were listening to me when I was discussing my health concerns with him. When I was sent for my standard blood work as well as tests for my other concerns, I had to go to the hospital to have them done which was very inconvenient because I had to wait nearly another 2 hours to get an x-ray and blood draw. My biggest concern with Dr. Davis' office is that there was no follow-up with my test results. In fact even after calling to get the results myself when it became apparent that they weren't going to contact me, I was told that I would have to call back another time because they were "too busy" to help me then. Although I am fairly confident that Dr. Davis is a competent physician, I can't recommend his office because: 1) His office staff is some of the worst I have ever experienced, and 2) His/his office's failure to follow up with my health concerns which in any other medical practice would have been done immediately after getting the test results back
