I don't go to Dulcinea often, but I really enjoy the cozy lighting and ambiance they have. On the off chance I actually go here, I usually bond with my siblings at the Dulcinea in SM Megamall whenever my parents go shopping.
It's comfortable enough, and usually buzzing with activity given its location between the two SM Megamall buildings. The sans rival is yummy; I don't find it too sweet. It's a good place to bring a friend unfamiliar with Manila, with its fancy vibe and Spanish dishes. It's a bit on the expensive side, though. The branch is clean, and the servers are polite and prompt. The churros are the best part about Dulcinea though. Fried to perfection, they're crunchy on the outside and paired with the thick, rich chocolate sauce on the side, it's hard to find a rival contender.
