The estheticians are very knowledgeable and explain what they're doing, when they're doing it, and give advice for products to use while not pushing products. There are no private rooms so it's like a hair salon where others are also getting their facials done. I don't wear makeup everyday and I like makeup too on my night outs.. but we all know Colorado is sooo dry that you need to take care of your skin more with all the outdoors activities.
