Assorted treats - so many choices.

Always in search of a delicious bakery- no matter where I go. Dulce Aroma is delicious! I bought warm pizza bread off the rack! Popped it on a plate for lunch - so yummy. If you're looking to pick up a box of treats on a Sunday - they've got you covered. I grabbed one for myself too. The little pig cookies are so good! So many choices. Sweet & savory. The service is amazing. Tons of parking. Cute, clean, friendly vibe. Check them out! prices beat the bougie bakeries and they're OPEN on Sundays!

Cherry pie pastry , raspberry filled sugar pastry, cinnamon sugar pastry

The food is TO DIE FOR the vibes are IMMACULATE and the ladies are SOO LOVELY! This is my new favorite breakfast spot for any kind of pastry! They have different things all the time and everything I've tried thus far has been so fresh and so good! It's a must try!!

The chocolate croissants were delicious and the puerquito was my favorite.

It also allows for seating inside and access to the seating out on the patio more easily accessible. The cases are rearranged now and they've added gelato. I didn't try that, but it looked interesting. The worker who waited on me was so kind and helpful, and apologized for answering the phone while I was in there (there was no need, because you're running a business, I get it), but she was so polite! They always have a fun assortment of flavors of cupcakes but it's rather hit or miss what quality you will get. They have fun combinations and flavors and are always beautiful, but sometimes they are quite dense, sometimes super moist, and sometimes dry and will nearly choke you. My default cupcake is always the yellow cake with chocolate icing. I feel like it's hard to mess up. However, I tried a cookie this most recent time and didn't love it. It was really thick and hard to eat. The flavor wasn't great, either. This is definitely somewhere to stop in and try- just to say you did it. They were on Cupcake Wars, after all.

Coincidentally, I was…read moredoing a Yelp event nearby and I was making conversation when the bartender suggested that I come here. I haven't tried many vegan desserts because I find that something is always missing, it's lacking flavor, or not sweet enough. I can CONFIDENTLY say that, The Ginger Bread Man Bakery is absolutely amazing and had none of those problems. I dare say that these vegan desserts actually tasted better than some of my other favorite bakeries. I love that this gives me another reason to come to Winston. It's really cute and cozy in the inside. However, it is small but there is some seating. The person at the counter was super helpful and very friendly. She said that of course I couldn't go wrong with getting the classic gingerbread which was delicious. I was pleasantly surprised at how moist it was. There were also a variety of cupcakes where they do rotate them out pretty often. I opted for the blueberry Chai cupcake. I enjoyed the frosting and it had like a blueberry filling on top as well. And lastly I tried the blueberry Cookie Butter Mini pie. That one was very addicting. I tried my best not to eat the whole thing. Since it was warm outside and I had to drive back to Greensboro, I loved that the mini pies where refrigerated and the person at the counter, actually wrapped it up for me so it could stay cool on the ride home. I will definitely come back to try more items and I can add this place in rotation with my favorite bakeries. If you are in the area, do check this place out. You won't be disappointed.

We had an amazing experience visiting Gingerbread Man Bakery in Winston-Salem…read more The owner Wade took the time to tell us about how the bakery started and how much the community means to him. The shop was inspired by his love for baking and encouragement from friends -- and some of those same friends actually work in the bakery today, which made the environment feel really welcoming. We also loved seeing how he collaborates with other local creatives. From merch designed by a local tattoo artist to candles and soaps made through local partnerships, you can really feel the community support inside the shop. Now for the desserts. We tried: * Blueberry Chai Cupcake * Orange Rosemary Cupcake * Key Lime Cupcake * Fruity Pebbles Cake Pop * Mint Chocolate Chip Cookie * Banana Pudding Cookie * Gingerbread Cookie Every flavor combination was impressive. The blueberry chai cupcake literally tasted like drinking a cup of tea, and somehow the banana pudding cookie actually tasted like banana pudding. Our favorite was the Key Lime cupcake. Great desserts, great atmosphere, and great people. Definitely worth visiting if you're in Winston-Salem.

Everything about this place is absolutely positively amazing! From the overwhelming amount of scrumptious looking pastries that they have to the extremely friendly staff and delicious espresso based coffees this place is spot on and a hidden gym! I ordered the mocha Frappuccino that's made with Ghirardelli dark chocolate powder and I added two shots of espresso to it. Mason, the barista made it perfectly! It has the best blend of flavors and the right amount of coffee boldness. I also got three shakes of cinnamon powder, which is my usual. Brad, who also worked in the Coffee area was also very friendly and helpful. The girl who gave us our pastries was also very sweet and knowledgeable about their pastries. They get most of their sweets from Cheesecakes By Alex a local Winston-Salem and Greensboro shop that I visit very frequently. I got the New York style cheesecake which is always delicious. If you haven't visited cupcake, cuties Café and bakery in Thomasville, you should definitely make it a point to go! It's only about 15 minutes from Winston-Salem and worth the trip! Good job team!

Did a quick yelp search, and found Camino wasn't too far from where we were. We walked over and found it clustered in a nice area with several restaurants we've visited in the past. There was a short line, and only one person taking/making orders behind the counter. I couldn't figure out what the other two were doing, but he was able to keep the line moving fairly fast. We ordered a slice of quiche and a Danish to share. We asked for the quiche to have to have there, and the Danish to go, so asked to have it heated. They said they couldn't heat any food, but pointed us in to the microwave in the dining area which was a bit odd to me. Otherwise, the food was tasty. They've got a good bit of a seating inside with a laid back, relaxed feel. They've got some art on the walls, assuming from local artists for sale. They also have a small patio out front on the sidewalk. We did need to use the bathroom before leaving, which are locked, and you need to ask the staff for code to use them, which isn't something we're used to.
