It seems they also double up and offer some "to go dishes" for lunch orders like combo boxes, fried chicken, etc. for those interested. The service both times I have been has been absolutely delightful and the quality here and selection is enough to make any meat fan happy. In my last few visits, I have picked up the wagyu brisket, the unmarinated short rib, rib finger, and of course the ribeye. All is perfect for a light grill and then some salt... absolute perfection.
