When she saw me, she smirked and gave me very dirty looks. When it was my turn in line, I let the person behind me go ahead and I still got stuck with the same rude woman. She immediately cut me off during a simple question and was extremely rude to me. I asked her if they were able to run the insurance card (since I had never been there before) and she snapped back at me "it's 1500 a month!!!!!!". Then she turned her head, whispered to a coworker as if she had been insulted. She is also incompetent, she had to call the pharmacist over for help (he was very nice, she was looking at me like her rude behavior was justified). The pharmacist corrected her mistake, she continued to be rude, sarcastic with me. My take is that she is racist, Culpeper is full of small minded people and she is a perfect example of an ignorant person. She shouldn't be allowed to work at a pharmacy, she should be a cleaner at McDonald's where you can be as rude as you want to anyone.

They are so nice but I was skeptical about how it would work when they didn't take credit cards over the phone (not sure about the store). However, my mother calls and places an order and they mail out immediately and she puts a check in the mail. When my daughter wanted to give her grandma a gift certificate for Christmas,they immediately knew who she was calling about.
