Come here for your Park City souvenirs at great prices. Located on Main Street among all the tourist shops and eateries in the historic part of Park City. I was on the hunt for a knit ski hat to cover my "helmet hair" after skiing and also doubles as my souvenir. A wonderful older lady helped me pick out the right hat. Did I mention the great prices? When I came to Utah for the first time, I knew I HAD to come to Park City for at least a magnet for a souvenir, since I love collecting magnets from anywhere that I have traveled to. I ended up getting 2 magnets from here! One of them was a cute Star Wars themed magnet. It was the last one I saw, so I had to snatch that one up. The other was a more rustic looking magnet with an image of the Park City mountains and the words "The Mountains Call." My mom liked the latter more, so I bought that one too. Dugins West is pure, unadulterated tourist kitsch. Underwear and t-shirts with animals and funny phrases on them, stuffed animals (real and imagined), Park City t-shirts, sweaters, and hoodies; Park City-labeled candies and snacks, souvenir tickets, ski posters painted on wood -- just about anything a tourist would want on that last day of vacation. There is nothing at Dugins West you couldn't get elsewhere, but it's worth a decent one-stop shop for souvenirs. read more

I love this store. Best park city paraphernalia out there. Really great quality and not to pricey.

Definitely a place to check out for all your touristy wants/needs. Not the cheapest place on the block but quality of the shirts were nicer than another cheaper store. Lots of designs to choose from, including the kid stuff. Bought 1 women's t-shirt (on clearance), 2 kids t-shirts and a magnet for $65. read more

It's a cute store that sells a lot of misc stuff for us touristy ppl. I found my magnet here and a cap that I found to be pretty nice. What I liked about this place is that it was a mom and pop shop, where family members were helping out. Only thought or issue I had was, I think they should had two registers open. read more

Dugins West - Souvenir Shops Near Me - Park City, Utah

On our visit to PC, we stopped in so my girls could buy stickers to remember our fun time here. Great selection of souvenirs. My teen daughter put her "prize" inside her clear phone case to display, only to lose her phone at a concert when we returned home to PA, 2 weeks later. She got her phone back (Thank God!), but her stickers/case were gone. She was more devastated to lose her stickers then her phone! I searched online for the store (couldn't remember the name), and because the of the yelp pictures, was able to narrow my search. I knew it was a long-shot trying to find and replace this tiny, seemingly insignificant thing. I left a message, not expecting to hear back. Several hours later, I get a call from Susan. She was so kind, and willing to help with my trivial request. They had it, and she is sending out to me. My daughter is so grateful for your time and thoughtfulness. That is TRUE customer service. The cashier was so rude. She was being lazy and didn't want to count the change to give back to me so she asked for more money when I already gave her a 20 dollar bill for a 16 dollar purchase. Clearly I was confused for a second, why she was asking for more money. she snapped at me for not understanding IMMEDIATELY, "YEA they're 4 dollars each" all annoyed as if I didn't know that. (Sorry for being MIA on my Review-a-Day 2012 reviews. It's hard enough staying connected when your husband is in the military, and I'm just not willing to spend our limited vacation time together on the computer!) This t-shirt shop is the perfect stop for people looking for a cute shirt to commemorate their visit to Park City! The staff is friendly and helpful enough. I really love my "I'm difficult (black diamond)" t-shirt, and I also got an adorable Park City hoodie which has laundered really well so far. Nothing worse than a sweatshirt that feels soft & comfy in the store but turns stiff or thin after a few washes. Shirts are a little more pricey than I would normally spend for a t-shirt, but again, these shirts double as souvenirs so I think they are worth the cost, and this shop has designs for many different tastes! read more

Dugins West originally caught my eye because of their t-shirt collection. I LOVE their long sleeve shirts! Looked high and low EVERYWHERE else (amazon, etsy, etc.) and could not find anything like them! Upon shopping with Dugins West, I learned that it's not only the amazingly unique t-shirts that they have to offer but they also have the BEST customer service. Linda was a huge help with picking out shirts and the whole shop has a friendly, welcoming feel. Could not recommend this store more! read more

I walked into this store twice today. First time, no one around. Second time rather than a greeting, storegirl tells me, with back turned, they are closing in five minutes. Its 5:25 and the sign says closing at 6PM. Seriously the rudest person I have encountered in Utah (and that includes drunks in Salt Lake). Owners - consider hiring people who want to work and who can be nice to customers. read more

This is one of those T-Shirt stores here on Main Street in Park City. It has a nice setup - very well presented shirts and nice and clean and organized. I picked up a shirt here - it had a cool vintage look to it. There are a lot of stores like this one here in Park City, but I liked this one best and bought my souvenier shirt here! read more

Bobby Jo provided some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. We came in to shop for souvenirs for our friends and family back home. Bobby Jo was clearly annoyed when we asked her to put something behind the counter to hold for us while we continued to shop. Her and the other worker were too busy tagging a pile of clothes at the register to even notice that we needed help with finding a size of shirt. Not once did either of them ask if we needed help finding something, and to top it all off Bobby Jo pretty much shoulder checked my husband when she was walking to the back to grab another stack of clothing to tag. No, "excuse me" no, "oops I'm sorry" just blatant disrespect. We will NEVER come back read more

We were in town the first week in January and walked into the Dugins West that is on the corner. Not the one in between a row of stores. The people working there were soooo rude. We asked a few questions and they were so annoyed. I am surprised for such a nice town. Don't you guy like tourism or do only the locals buy the Park City gear? My girlfriend had two items she was going to buy and after asking her questions we immediately walked out of the store. There was two women working in the back of the store (who we spoke to) and the guy at the register. Never would go there again and also made sure my friend with Sundance never visit either. read more
