Once I arrived to the store, I was greeted immediately and provided assistance by Victoria and the gentleman that would be actually designing the ring. I was given an approximate timeframe over the Thanksgiving holiday which was not only met but was quicker than expected. The final product more than exceeded my expectations. My wife and friends have complimented this numerous times as well. I could not have asked for a better experience. On an additional note, while in the store they had such a unique and beautiful selection of jewelry.
