I ended up losing it because of a sneaky hidden crack that extended into the gum line. I finally got up enough nerve to start checking on oral surgeons to perform a dental implant. Dentistry is not my favorite topic-- but it's a necessity. So after several phone calls and a ton of googling, I narrowed in on Dr. Ismaili with Tardy Orthodontics. I was nervous. But everything went extremely well. My preliminary visit went smoothly. Easy visit with X-rays and the doctor consultation. Friendly staff who set me up quickly with a surgery date. Surgery was a breeze. Seriously. I stepped in. Got fixed up with needles. Doc said hi and a few words and said he'd see me in a few minutes. I opened my eyes back up and surgery was over. Done. Finished. No sleepy after effects whatsoever. But next the race was on to get my prescriptions filled before the pain begins. Which I failed at. Because pharmacists don't drop everything they're doing and fill your pain scripts. But that's ok...just a few days of pain for healing....just four months out until a new tooth is placed. I highly recommend Dr. Ismaili and Tardy Orthodontics. They make a difficult situation less painful and less difficult.

She is only 16, so instead of working with you to add a note to her file not to allow additional devices unless there is a parent consent, they want to threaten you with canceling the appointments and not providing the basic/ intended service.
