You can write things you are angry about and want to smash. I put my belongings in a locker and got a key. Then I selected my size coveralls, eye protection, helmet, gloves, and my weapon of choice, a baseball bat. Once in my room there was a timer on the wall for 20 mins for the solo session. I connected my phone easily to a Bluetooth speaker to play my music. There was a crate of items to break and a stand to set them on. The items were mostly glass bottles and ceramic jars/plates. I got to smashing and found I went through the items pretty quickly. I wish there had been more items. I ended up picking up some of the larger pieces to smash again. You definitely can work up a sweat. I recommend good covered shoes as I did get a few shards of glass on the soles. They had some pliers to get them out though no problem.

This year, this was the event. While normally a dinner out wouldn't qualify, a Blind Ninja Dinner Challenge led by Super Ninja Master Marty definitely does. I'll speak in generic terms to avoid spoiling the specific surprises that the Ninja staff has planned for you, but let me reassure you that you will have a fun time. Just don't wear your best clothes because there is a greater than 0% chance that you may wind up with some of your food on you (unless you are a stellar ninja yourself). The evening begins when you are greeted at the door and a brief overview of the activities are explained to you (pay attention to the suggestion to go to the restroom before starting. You don't want to be the ninja that needs to find a restroom blindfolded! ) You then need to pick YOUR specific ninja name (if you aren't overly creative, google ninja name generator before you get there). After that, take a trip over to the stocked bar for beverage while you await the rest of the group. One suggestion, take a lot of friends with you. This is definitely an activity that, while fun for a couple on a date, would be much more fun in a larger group. If you contact them in advance, you can likely get a group discount too. Once everyone is there, the rules are explained and the fun begins. Your first ninja act besides picking your name is selecting your custom ninja goggles. Once those are on, you won't see for the next 90 minutes or so. You are escorted back to your table and given the backstory. Your first challenge is simply finding your chair and sitting down. You are then served a multi-course (I think 5 courses) meal ranging from appetizers to entrees to desserts and more. Each meal item comes with more backstory, contests, and getting to know you activities. When you are done for the evening, your masks are removed and you get to see the Ninja staff and hear a bit more about what happened behind the scenes while you were blindfolded. All in all, a very memorable and fun evening.

Heads up: New location and new name!…read more Previously known throughout Columbus as Glass Axis, now the Columbus Glass Art Center, is a non-profit org offering glass blowing and glass art classes to the general public, no membership needed! I went to their Grand Opening of their new building and the space, and it's fantastic! Ample space for several different glass art technique classes. The teachers I met are absolutely wonderful, too! Willing to help/guide if necessary, creative minds, and just plain genuine and personable. I got the chance to make a glass mosaic (think glass art to hand in a window) and a simple smoking pipe (torch melting glass and all!), and it was phenomenal! I'm seriously looking into taking a few classes; and, besides, I know my money is going to an excellent org that's promoting art, culture, and creative partnerships throughout central Ohio!

I went here as part of a company outing and ended up having a very frustrating experience. During…read moremy second race, I lightly hit the wall on a tight corner and immediately received a black flag. The staff then reduced my kart's power for "safety reasons" and never restored it for the remainder of the event. The problem is that there was no warning and no second chance. Other drivers were constantly passing me, and some even made contact with my kart while overtaking because I was suddenly much slower than everyone else. In my opinion, slowing one kart down while the rest of the field remains at full speed creates its own safety concerns. We paid for three races, but my third race felt like a complete waste of money because I was still restricted and couldn't enjoy the experience at all. Hitting the wall once should not result in losing full speed for the rest of the event without any opportunity to earn it back. If you're looking for a fun racing experience, I would recommend considering other options. The lack of flexibility and customer consideration made this not worth the money for me.

Been here a few times for a few different events. Since this is an event space that events…read morethemselves can rent out, I'll try to avoid commenting on the actual events. Instead, I want to focus a bit on the staff and space provided at the Kee. I've been surprised by the event staff here every time I've come to an event. Every time I've gone, the bar has been pretty understaffed. Customers will come up asking for water, and bartenders will wave them off, saying "Get water from the free dispenser over there" while the dispenser is empty. Maybe this is a barback issue? The bathrooms start out okay in the beginning of the event, but every event has been out of toilet paper and paper towels by the end. They're looking pretty shabby too. The Kee might consider mid-event janitorial services because women ducking into the men's room to steal toilet paper rolls to hand them off to other women who are sitting in the stalls is probably not the look you're going for. The space itself is cute. Rooms are wide open with ample walking space. The main room (the Kee calls it "The Venue") is huge and echo-y - which is a shame because this appears to be where they put live entertainment and music. We've had a hard time hearing any presenter's words in this room because of the acoustics. The additional rooms are super cute (love the arcade games and unique furniture), but they're only open during events if your event paid for them. The arcade games cost extra money. There are nearby parking lots that'll handle most small-event traffic, but if something huge is going on, you might need to figure out street parking. The hallways/entryways are definitely built for shuttling people through, and they handle entrance lines pretty solidly. (I'm a little confused by the Yelpers reviewing food or drinks here. The Kee is only open for private and public events. It looks like this might have been a restaurant space at one point?)

The bathrooms were awesome (pink sinks, faucets, and hand dryers in the women's room!) -the barista who manned the coffee bar for the event was wonderful. He made a phenomenal dirty cinnamon chai latte -I had a light lunch of whipped honey labneh and I never want yogurt again, just that. Chefs kiss. Another reviewer correctly pointed out that they already add a 20% service charge so do what you want with that info.
