We waited over an hour and a half for them to finish. Once they finished they had missed wiping down alot and left obvious dirty spots and didnt even wipe stereo off which was left dusty. Then you are suppose to get a smell good for the car and they had never have us that either. Our experience here was very bad and I will not take my car here again for it was a waste of my money.

According to the gentleman behind the counter, it was $50 for the upholstery and $10 for each various surcharge for whatever that means. I guess those surcharges were for the smoke breaks and phone time over the two hours it took for them to do all of this. In all reality, I was watching the clock the whole time.. they got done with the interior upholstery in about 45 minutes then kind of shuffled around for another hour and fifteen. Should have only been charged for an upholstery cleaning.

Well, have you ever heard the joke about wives after getting married?.. these vacuums suck less than that. I checked out three vacuums, trying to find one that could do its job. I just wish I could find a car wash like the one I had in Indiana(Drive & Shine). They had a team of teens set up to vacuum, wipe down, glass clean, tire shine, and more, all along a quick conveyor belt. In and out in under 3 minutes. Totally an amazing service and they do amazingly well. Free with the membership for that car wash too. Totally and completely worth every penny. This car wash? I get none of that unless I pay a lot more, and/or do it myself. So, I'll keep doing it myself. Sucks to be this business model!

They do all the membership stuff at the lane, so if you are stuck behind someone whose getting a membership, you have to wait forever for them to finish. Tried to get my car washed today, got stuck behind a car that had membership questions. Sat there for 12 minutes before I got out of my car and told the customer service guy I wanted to leave (I could not back out because there were cars behind me). Rather than open the gate and have the customer pull inside, the customer service rep continued to do the admin stuff right there. 16 minutes before I was able to leave. Note to the business manager: You have enough room to allow customers who want memberships to pull inside so the lane is not blocked. Suggest you do that rather than hold non-members who just want to get a car wash hostage. You lost two customers and two cars today (my wife and I). Plenty of other car washes available in Jacksonville. Do better.

Long story short: Their car wash broke my drivers side mirror assembly almost $400 to replace…read more After jerking me around for over three months they finally tell me they will not honor my claim. Detailed story: I went through this car wash in late April. When I exited it was apparent that my driver side mirror assembly was broken. I immediately went inside and spoke with the leadership. The local manager and the district manager were both on site. The district manager thought I was someone else who has also had their mirror damaged. An employee said that damage to vehicles was not uncommon. When it was explained that the damage had just happened. I was told to fill out a form and that I would need two quotes for them to pay for the repair. I did and within the week I had the quotes delivered to the local manager. At that time I was told it averaged about two weeks to receive a check. However they recently began mailing them to the car wash instead of the vehicle owners so it may take longer. A two weeks later I go to the car wash to ask about the status of my claim. The manager is called as there was none on site. I am told that the delay was due to the district manager being on vacation. And that my claim was waiting on him to return so that he could submit it. I return the next week and am told that it was submitted and I should have the check in about two weeks. I returned in two weeks to ask about my claim. The district manager was there and tells me that I actually need to submit three quotes. And that my claim was never submitted. I reminded him that he was there with the local manager when I was told two quotes. And if that was the case why was I not notified of this weeks ago. His response was the standard apology and that he thought the local manager had let me know. A few days later I received a phone call from the local manager letting me know that because my vehicle is older than ten years they would not be honoring my claim. According to your website "if damages exceed $1000, 2 estimates are needed" It cost almost $400 to replace my mirror assembly. Beware of this place.
