The Carson City location near 50 just can't handle the volume of customers they get. The only doctor I ever see working is DR. Edwards. This lack of staff comes into play when there are a lot of customers he tries to rush adjustments leading to a less than satisfactory adjustment compared to an appointment clinic. Today, I went in and there were three people in front of me, meaning I would not be seen for at least 45 minutes. A new customer was coming out from the back and I let him go ahead of me because I was cancelling. He asked why and I gave him the reason above minus the rushed adjustment. I told him the pay per visit was probably a better option. Dr. Edwards took it upon himself to come out and ask me not to bad mouth the clinic to customers. The front desk attendant also chose to get a bad attitude after this point shown by her throwing my cancellation down on the desk. Lack of professionalism by the Doctor and the front staff. I wished them luck and left. As a corporation they need to add Chiropractors to this clinic as it is obviously busy. Again, it's not all the Joint Chiropractic it's just this one.

I told them, respectfully, no it wasn't, because I would never schedule an appointment so early. I have a toddler who gets up around 8am and never schedule any appointments earlier than 10am...ever. There's also the fact that I added it to my calendar as I was confirming it on the phone with the receptionist...I wasn't just going off memory. They refused to acknowledge that it was their error and wouldn't lift a finger to correct their mistake. They apparently couldn't get me in again for another two weeks. Needless to say I scheduled with another chiropractor. I don't appreciate having my time wasted and I definitely don't appreciate receptionists who make scheduling errors and then try to blame them on me. Go elsewhere.

The receptionist was very helpful and courteous and worked me into the schedule on the Friday of a Holiday weekend when she had a cancelation! Thank you! He was very through, listened to my symptoms, asked me questions for clarification, and explained every adjustment he made and why. He is very approachable and didn't try to sell me a "family plan" or some other foolishness. I really felt like he cared about making me better and I appreciate that.
