They are so clean that sometimes I have to double check if my door/window is open or not :) In addition, they were reasonably priced. Beyond all the above, they were also so nice, professional and pleasant. I also liked the fact that they are a family business as I think that makes a big difference in the quality of service you receive from companies when they're family owned as their own reputation is on the line. Thanks again to Jason and his brother.

Many windows were completely missed, (which I had to point out to them because there was no walk through to check everything at the end by the window cleaner), several windows had to be re-done because dirty water drip stains hadn't been cleaned off, and the dirty water from cleaning the inside windows had dripped down on to all my window frames and not cleaned up, leaving me to have to clean that on all my inside windows. Sadly I cannot recommend them.

I picked them out of the others because they worked with me on the best time to come while I visited. The service member showed up on time, and we left to go get lunch while he worked. We had a very disappointing experience with this window cleaner. When he first visited our store,…read morehe quoted us $160/month for twice-monthly cleanings. We negotiated and agreed on $150 per month, which he accepted. However, after his first visit--where he spent about an hour and a half cleaning--he demanded $150 immediately, insisting it was per visit. My staff explained that we were quoted $150/month, not per service, and that we normally pay vendors by invoice. Despite this, he refused to leave the store, repeatedly harassing my staff for immediate payment. They felt uncomfortable and pressured, especially since they're not responsible for handling payments. To make matters worse, after inspecting the windows, they were streaked and looked worse than before. He later began calling us, still demanding immediate payment. We won't be using his services again and would not recommend him to other businesses based on this experience.
