Shawn, the owner, came out to give us an accurate estimate and they scheduled someone to come out and replace our unit that following Monday. It was quite a job, but they did it and got everything up and running. They wouldn't even leave until they knew the air was blowing out at a certain temp. I couldn't recommend them more. They were helpful and super professional.

Another company came in lower and then I called Duff at Jim's Appliance. He came out the next day and offered the best price of all. I was hesitant because his company had no reviews to date but I spoke with some family that live in the area and they gave the thumbs up. Duff and his team arrived the next day and took 2 days to complete the work. My home is super comfortable in this 85 degree weather and the craftsmanship is excellent. During covid our air went out and we called Jim's Appliances to look at the central air, which was the original to the house. They determined that we needed a new central air. We waited until last year to replace it. We had Jim's Appliance install a new central air system. We only used our central air for about 3 months last year. When we started it this summer, ít wasn't working properly, so we called Jim Appliances back for a service call. We knew it should be covered by the Warranty since it was less than a year old. They looked at it and got it working. It then still wasn't keeping the house cool the way we thought that it should be. They again came out and said we needed 2 additional vents. One of the vents was installed poorly and our new flooing was damaged. The vents did not seem to help, so we cslled them again. They came out a third time and it still did not fix the air. Because it still wasn't working, we decided to call someone else, even though we would be charged a service fee The new company came out yesterday and said that our air compressor was bad in the central air conditioner. While looking at the air and since both are connected, they also looked at our furnace and under our house, they determined that our furnace was a fire hazard, and we should not use it until it was fixed or replaced. Needless to say, we are very unhappy with the service that we got from Jims appliances.

My oven still isn't fixed and he refuse to answer his phone or refund my money. He does business with Bass appliances, so if you call them and they recommend Jason don't even do it. Then he lied and said he was going on vacation for almost the whole month of April. I called after his alleged return date and he still wouldn't answer, so I called bass and she said she talked to him multiple times that day but he still wouldn't answer for me or return my calls. They may be in cahoots idk. If I have to be petty and take him to court about it so be it cause why are you stealing at your grown age. I will be seeing if I can file a police report for theft. He gave me a receipt and everything but I can prove my oven isn't fixed. Waiting on a legit company to fix it when the part comes in.
