We called Insulation Commandos and were able to schedule an estimate for the very next day. Other providers that we called didn't even pick up the phone or said they would return our call and ghosted us. Simon, the owner, came out to do the estimate for us. He was on time and texted us beforehand. He is very knowledgeable about insulation and was able to explain things in a way that made it easy to understand! He walked us through a few different options at different price points and didn't put any pressure on us. The best part is, we were able to schedule the project for the same week! The day of the project, Simon texted us again to let us know they were on their way. This time, he even included a picture of the truck so we knew what to expect. He and his crew were extremely efficient, professional, and courteous. They were done in a single day and cleaned up after themselves! I don't wear shoes in the home, and I work out of town and am out most of the day on the days I'm home, so there is not a lot of foot traffic in the home. I'm unsure if the home didn't get the attention needed because of their busy schedule or because it stressed her, but attention to detail is critical in the cleaning business. If proper attention can't be given to a home, it's better to reschedule than leave the job somewhat undone.

He vacuumed out the dryer vent in the laundry room, but the dryer still displayed a "clogged" message. Jeffery said he needed to check the outside vent, as that might be blocked. He said he would be back the following day between 1-1:30pm. The next morning at 9:30am he called, said he had a cancellation and asked to come right over. I was in a doctor's office at the time and said that wouldn't work. Later that day, at the originally agreed time of 1pm, he texted with a questionable excuse and did not come. For the next three days we scheduled other appointments, but he did not show up. He began a pattern of texting hours later with various excuses and claiming he would "absolutely" come the next day. You can give someone a chance, once, twice, but we finally had to pay another company to get the job finished. We had a very frustrating experience with this business, and I do not recommend it.

Within a year, one of the vent covers fell off because it was not properly attached. I blew it off and didn't want to bother the company, but then we started to smell dead animals because the birds were getting into my vent system. Then another one recently fell off. I called the company and I felt that they should reattach those covers as a good faith gesture, especially since they charged so much.. They admit that their covers are brittle and they said they will charge $250 to come and fix what they did not properly install. Stay away from this company. They charge astronomical prices and install inferior products so that you have to call them back and they can make more money off of you. Manipulation and denial of responsibility at its finest! I will be contacting my attorney and I will make sure that other people do not work with this company.

Apparently some companies don't like working on stackable units and instead of telling me that and refunding the service fee of $130, they lied. A spoke with Abel at E-Genius and he assured me that the issue with my washing machine could be fixed. Eugene from E-GENIUS showed up within the scheduled window and within a half hour was able to fix my washing machine. I can't say enough good things about the great customer service and professionalism that E-Genius demonstrates. I would highly recommend and will likely use their services again to fix my refrigerator.
