There are two tasting rooms: this one and another at the vineyard. This one is climate-controlled; the other is open air with a patio. Roger is a very engaging and can regale you with stories from his past lives as a contractor and Peace Corps. He makes a range of varietals with small case counts, most of which come from his estate vineyards, though some come from other quality growers. On Saturday, we tried 2 whites and 4 reds. Their red blends are Bordeaux style blends where a couple of them are favorites of NPH. (Yes, the actor Neil Patrick Harris. He's even a club member who has his face on their label of the Illusionist.) The tasting room is spacious inside with really comfy couches and chairs. We arrived to find the location closed several times, with no indication on their website. Finally, they shut down the Woodinville location with no notice. We cancelled our Wine Club membership and they didn't even ask us "Why?" For such an esteemed winery, I was amazed at our overall experience. We were always kind to the staff, and often purchased extras.
