winemakers!
Brooke B.

Husband and wife team with amazing stories to complement each of their wines. Not only did I buy a case when I visited, I joined the club. Love the garage vibe, it's authentic and a breath of fresh air from the fancy tasting rooms (not complaining just different). I could easily sit here chatting w/ Toby and Chris all day over wine. In addition to the garage, there's a nice pool/patio area for tastings. And...they also have a place to stay if you're looking for a weekend getaway!

The view!

Amazing experience. The owners make you feel like part of the family. The wine is wonderful. It is a casual vibe out in the farm amidst the vines.

Tasting menu - but this was more of a guide. We tasted several off menu, all wonderful. Great stories from the 'Assistant' wine maker. You need to visit here when you find yourself in Walla Walla!

Chris and Toby's story is pretty great, especially how they name their wines.

What a great experience this was, with a great group of wine club members and customers there. The team at Rotie did an awesome job of welcoming us, and providing us with samples of the wine they were releasing for the spring. They complimented this with fresh made smash burgers that were really good. It paired quite well with the Northern Red Blend. We also attended the Seafood Boil event that evening at their processing facility, what a great event that was too! What a great setting, what a great staff, and what a great experience.

It's such a beautiful and unusual setting, with vineyards on one side and striking concrete structures and rocks on the other. The contrast is stark, yet the way everything is laid out is absolutely mesmerizing. The tasting room sits perched above the rocks and offers a stunning 360-degree view of the surroundings. The overall vibe is modern, airy, bright, and minimalist. Needless to say, I was just as smitten with the setting as I was with the wines. We happened to be the only party there at the time, so we were fortunate to receive a lot of attention and time from both sommeliers. We had a lovely conversation with them about wines, architecture, food, and all the different things to do in the area.It truly ended up being one of the best experiences in Walla Walla for both my husband and me. This was our first time (at least that I can remember) trying Rhône blends, and we were definitely in for a treat. Both of us loved learning more about the soil and the flavor profiles of the wines in the area and spent a wonderful few hours here before taking their recommendations to visit some of the other great wineries in town. Thank you to the whole team - you truly elevated our Walla Walla experience.

The staff/owner, were incredibly friendly and made us feel truly welcome with her smile The ambience is modern and inviting perfect for enjoying a glass of wine. The restrooms were spotless and stylish, and a thoughtful touch was the dark chocolate in the women's restroom, which was a lovely surprise. I really enjoyed the overall tasting experience. The tasting menu included two reds and one white, all of which were excellent. The most surprising part came at the end, when we were ready to pay and the staff informed us that the tasting was complimentary. We were genuinely shocked and grateful, and we ended up purchasing two bottles.

I understand that it's a small, family-run business, but receiving multiple confirmations felt excessive and not quite the relaxed vibe one looks for while on vacation. That said, the property itself is gorgeous and the setting is beautiful both indoors and outdoors. We were seated outside, and the service was fantastic. Our sommelier was friendly, engaging, and made the experience enjoyable. She took the time to sit with on the parties and have a personal one on one chat .The wines themselves were excellent ,we even ended up buying a bottle. Overall, it was a lovely visit, but it's probably not a place I would prioritize returning to on a future trip.

Her warmth and expertise made us feel truly valued and welcomed. The winery is nestled in a stunning location, exuding old-world charm that adds to the overall experience. The wines from Pepper Bridge were a perfect finale to a wonderful day of tasting. While I've visited another Pepper Bridge location in the past, this visit felt especially elevated, thanks to Katie's outstanding hospitality. Katie, if you ever read this review --please know that we would return to Pepper Bridge time and again because of the genuine and memorable experience you created for us.

Just WOW! I had such an incredible experience here!…read more We started off in the tasting room which looks like a villa right out of Italy. The view are stunning and so are the tables and the design. We were greeted with some delicious Sav blanc while we waited for Andrea to begin our tour. Andrea was so lovely and told us all about the unique aspects of pepper bridge that set them apart, including a really cool machine that their owner developed! It was unlike any of the previous tours we'd been on. We then went to the library for a private wine and food tasting which was absolutely remarkable. The library is STUNNING! I am gluten free and pescatarian so for my pairings, I had celery salad, fried rice, and deviled eggs. They were all amazing and the portions were generous. We got to pair them with their amazing wines and it was truly delightful. I would come back here in a heartbeat!
