We had seen several companies come out to get estimates on what we wanted to do in our front yard and decided on Pedro Lopez and Sons because of their honesty and how they listened to what we wanted. When they finished I couldn't believe how the ideas I had in my head had actually been done exactly how I asked them to do it and we were not just happy about it but also very proud of the way our yard looks. We have had a lot of people come by and tell us how beautiful it is and what a wonderful job they did. They also redid our driveway with stamped concrete and extended the side yard to the driveway. Isai went throught the trouble of meeting me at my home and he indicated he would follow up and look at the 2 other homes that need service. I also have a very large Class A shopping center in Simi Valley that I indicated might be a candidate for changing landscape service. Despite this communication, Isai allows his voicemail to get full and the only option for communication is by text. My first communication was Dec 7th, and thus far, no proposal, and no return text. We have not even started service or agreed on price and I'm already chasing Glady's. Imagine what it is like if they started service with you and you have a problem or concern, good luck chasing Isai and Glady's Landscaping Service or getting a return phone call or text.
