The toppings counter - they prepare your donuts as you order.
John K.

First visit to this new location - just opened summer '24. Donuts are made fresh, still warm & topped to order as you wait. The cashier was very patient as I tried to figure out what & how to order. We got a half-dozen mixed today. Very tasty - very sweet & a bit pricey too, so pace yourself - haha. The store has a bright & open atmosphere, "ducky decor" & merch for sale. Haven't tried drinks or sandwiches yet.

Always glad to have a donut shop in the neighborhood. That's the one thing this shopping has been lacking for the past 8 years. What better donut shop than this ready made to order donut shop. We first tried this brand in buckhead a few years ago and we're certainly glad it has made its way out. I don't think I can ever go to a regular donut shop again, when I can get my donuts made my way and served to me hot. The donuts their serving tastes just as good as the other locations we've visited.

Even though this isn't a traditional sit-down restaurant with waiters, he was constantly checking in and making sure we were good! You order at the counter and then find a seat, which I honestly loved because everything was super quick!! One of my favorite things was how many options they had. There were SO many gluten-free and vegan options -- even a vegan egg, which I rarely see anywhere! The place itself was super cute and actually pretty big. We came with a group of 8 and found a table pretty easily, although it definitely started getting busy around 11 on a Sunday. The food was great!! I got the gluten-free pancake, and while the pancake itself was good, the yogurt on top made it SO much better. The Brussels sprouts were also amazing! I think all 8 of us were really happy with what we ordered, and we all agreed that this is one of those places where there really is something for everyone -- which is always such a win when you're eating with a bigger group!

I went in thinking this was just a chain and the quality would be roughly the same as a fast food chain. Boy, was I wrong. The sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit was fantastic. Honestly, I should have ordered two and skipped the cheesy grits. The biscuit was warm but held up. The sausage was flavorful, and the egg was cooked to perfection. You order at the counter, and they bring your food out, so there is not a lot of interaction with the staff. That said, the cashier was friendly, and the chef came out at some point to talk baseball with my son. Not the cheapest meal, but I happily paid a little more for this than something from McDonald's. We just saw it driving by and were hungry for breakfast. Price shock hit me. Yelp said $10-$20 per person and it was every bit of that and more for two breakfasts and two coffees. I guess that's not too much for a treat but I certainly couldn't afford that for breakfast on a regular basis. They were packed which was a good sign but the restaurant was chaotic. When you go in you get in line and order at the counter. Then they bring the food out. You can pick up a menu to look at while you wait in line. Service took a while but it was made to order and they were crowded. I got biscuits and sausage gravy and added eggs and a cinnamocha coffee. My wife got the avocado toastie with a praline mocha. The biscuits were ok. Not as good as what I make at home but not bad for store bought. A bit heavy not light or fluffy. But ok. At home I would have split my biscuit in half and put gravy on it open faced. They just pour gravy over the top. Not bad but changes the ratio of gravy to biscuit. The gravy is good. Not as good as what I make at home but good. Has a smokey hint that was different but really good. The avocado toast was good with a sunny side up egg that was cooked perfectly. Overall I can't go over 4 with the price. The food was good but not great. I am leaning more towards 3 stars than 4 but I will go 4 as the coffees were excellent.

Not in the staff but there are some minor interior issues which could be addressed. As the dining area and service areas are open plan you can easily see the duct tape doors to the dishwashers area is in dire need of repair versus patching. Also it is rather filthy along the edges. The wall a/c unit also needs to be completely cleaned as it appears to have some grime building up. Now for the biggest disappointment ... our food. Coffee - yummy Country fried steak biscuit..... yea nope not again. It's just like it says just a huge very thin slice of commercial packaged frozen patty of country fried steak laid across an open faced biscuit. I had a side of fresh fruit. But it was mostly out of season fruit so not sweet and still underripe. Biscuit was light and fluffy but I had to order a piece of cheese and some gravy to hide the flavor of the meat and coating. Chicken and waffles - husband's favorite here but today it wasn't the same at all. Chicken was super dry inside. Waffles he described as no different than ones he makes at the hotel lobby. All in all we will wait some before returning to try again at some point. Thank you to the wait staff for always having smiles and helping each other to keep us happy.

I have heard about this place for awhile. My wife & I decided to try it. I went to the Acworth…read morelocation & this review was affected a bit by their mediocre performance, but mostly the food. The place looks good. We went on a Monday night so we thought it would be less crowded. Almost all the parking spaces were full, as were the booths. We were seated immediately, but it took quite awhile to have a server show up. The hostess gave us water, which was nice, but when my wife asked for a Coke & I asked for lemon for my water, we were told that was the server's job. A server finally showed with menus. He was nice but seemed inexperienced. After we got the menus, he disappeared. By the time he returned, we asked for the Coke & lemon & we had also had time to look over the menu & make our choices. I had to stop him because he seemed to want to leave & get what we had asked for. So we told him what we wanted. My wife is a seafood person & ordered the grilled shrimp. I'm a ribs guy & ordered the ribs. Again, a looong wait for the food. It finally arrive. The portions were good, but here is where they lost me. The ribs were dry, really dry. I don't know how they were prepared, but the chef really needs to up that game. The grill veggies were good but were cold before I finished my first rib. I'm guessing they were put on the plate first. The sweet potato was cooked just right & delivered hot, but barely had any butter or cinnamon. My wife said her shrimp were OK but nothing to write home about. I ate 3 ribs & decided to take the rest home. I thought I might be able moisten those ribs up as leftovers. (I was wrong, they were that dry) I have never been to a restaurant that serves BBQ ribs without some kind of packaged wipe to clean your hands. Now I have. The only napkins available were teeny cocktail napkins, so I went to the Men's Room to clean up. Sorry, but I cannot recommend this restaurant. Maybe folks have better luck at a different location because the chef or prep folks were primarily responsible for this lack luster review.

It was a Saturday night but we were a little on the earlier side for dinner so the wait was less than 30 minutes. WELL worth the wait! The atmosphere is fun and casual. The Chicken Ooh La La was excellent as well and needless to say I took most of it with me. My husband ordered the Poo Boy (half portion) with fries. I believe the hours are only until 2pm, and, they tend to bring in a large crowd. Therefore, I advise planning on getting here no later than 12:30, so you have an ample amount of time to be seated and enjoy your food Speaking of food, I would say, for the most part, our dishes were delicious. As I said, the food is fresh so you walk away not feeling overstuffed if you wish to indulge in a lot of food (which I recommend ) The only feedback I have is the Carne Asada tacos lacked a little flavor.
