All the used bikes i pick out won't qualify or stand good for a loan is what Im constantly being told but if I get a new bike the payments are half of my house payment, its ridiculous. I been trying for over 2 weeks now and never get any call backs hardly at all. During this process, the bikes they will approve are ones I didn't even pick out and have outrageous payments so that they can make a good profit, even though they already made a profit off of the first bike I purchased. You would think if a customer was willing to make multiple purchases at a place and come back that they would be willing to work with you but it dosent seem that way. If I don't get one ASAP I won't be coming back, not to mention all my co workers that have been considering making deals themselves. Sorry, but I'm not trying to put them down but this is my experience and so far I'm very disappointed. Im about to just let the bike go back to the finance company and be done with it all. As somebody else pointed out the store hardly has any motorcycle, just side by sides, and four wheelers mostly, the lexington store has the bikes so you have to go there to see them.

I have used this shop three times on my old girlfriend's 1991 Yamaha Radian. I first found them…read moreafter Daytona said they prefer NOT to work on older bikes, not even their own (what the hell??). The Radian was rough starting and idling badly and had not been winterized properly (she was really slack at maintenance before I took over). They cleaned , rejetted and adjusted the carbs and it ran like a dream afterwards. We also had chain and sprockets replaced there and she said it rode so smoothly it felt like a new bike. And lastly for her birthday I sprung for some new tires and while the wheels were off the re-did the fork seals. All the work has been top notch and fairly priced and they really seem great with older bikes. We also had difficult schedules to get in there and they were totally accommodating. We dropped the bike off after we were both off after work at midnight and put the key through their mail slot. When the work was done we paid by credit card over the phone, they put the key under the seat and we picked it up after hours with her spare key. They were also cool with installing the tires even though we had bought them on sale from Fortnine.ca. I will be going back to them with my 2015 Yamaha FJ-09 for tires shortly and likely new chain and sprockets too. I only wish they were a little off the beaten path, as I will have a bit of a transit trek after I drop off my bike, but if you have someone to give you a ride home and back that's a non-issue.

If you need inspection for your bike I'm not recommending anyone to this store . Usually I get…read moreinspection ticket every year because of my exhaust noise . I took my bike here for inspection and I changed exhaust and other stuff by myself to make the bike safety same as a factory to pass the inspection and he said everything looks ok. But later than they called me and said your bike needs a ball bearing otherwise there is no way to pass the inspection and it will cost me 800$ for it . And for sure they know the bike with no inspection pass can't get insurance and it's hard to move it to another motorcycle services so you have no choice except listening to them . I called another motorcycle services today they ask me about some pictures of my bike and they said your bike looks fine to pass the inspection. So I took my bike there and they did inspection my bike and pass it with 250$ total and it was no issues with ball bearings at all . It was just my experience with Burnaby Kawasaki . Of course the inspection price in this store is around 150$ and it's cheaper but you not gonna pay 150$ at the end because they will make you to fix other things and pay extra money . *modern scam*

Tried ordering a helmet from their website that was…read moresupposedly in stock, paid via paypal then an hour later i received a phone call saying the helmet was out of stock and wouldn't be restocked. Canceled the order and the next day THEY STILL TOOK MY MONEY THEN ISSUED A REFUND!!! Now I'm down $320 until the refund goes through WHICH CAN TAKE UP TO 8 DAYS!!!! 0 stars. Will never attempt to do business here again. I suggest doing business with a company that can actually manage their website.
