We had an early lunch so we were literally the only ones in the restaurant on a random weekday at 1pm. We ate on the beautiful outdoor patio area that was essentially enclosed in a tent, perfect for the slight chill in the air today. The locals would probably call this place expensive but for a group of 4, we spent about 120 euros including a few glasses of wine. They also have a nice 4-course tasting menu for 35 euros, 50 if you add wine to each course. For us, for the quality of the food with all local ingredients, it was certainly well worth it. Overall, a nice slow-paced restaurant to rest our feet while sipping on some local wines and tasting some good food after a long morning's walk in Pompeii.

The staff were warm and patient. They took the time to explain the menu, which made the experience even more enjoyable, since my rudimentary grasp of Italian allowed me enough to order food.
