In addition to clothes and shoes, we also purchased kitchen, home goods, bedding, bath, pet items, games, and seasonal options. They have an Amazon return station also that we've used a few times as an alternate to the UPS Store across the street. I found some items I wanted that I tried to purchase online, but would have had to wait 4-10 days for them to get it ready for in-store pickup. So I visited in person, and found everything I was looking for the same day. I also picked up a 70% off clearance item that I wouldn't otherwise have found online. They reworked the checkout from having several registers in their separate lines on both sides of the store, to a single queue line weaving through last minute displays to a bank of multiple registers in a line. You wait to be called to the next available register so no one can slip in front you. There was only one register open when I was there, and the staff was very friendly and helpful with my purchase.
