He thoroughly enjoyed each selection we purchased last year. This year we ordered even more items. We received an email alert from both USPS and Vermont Chocolates that my package had arrived but when we went to the door there wasn't a package. We contacted our neighbors and none of them had it. So we emailed both USPS and Vermont Chocolates about the problem (both closed for the evening). Early the next morning we received an email from Vermont Chocolates informing us that not only had they already created a replacement pkg but they would rush shipping so it would arrive in 3 days. We were extrememly thankful but told them we needed the pkg before we left for out of town (2 days) or we couldn't use it. So Vermont Chocolates switched their shipping service and paid for 2-day rush delivery. All of this at $0 cost to us. Most companies would have just just apologized or at best, refunded me my purchase cost. But I was desperate for the nut free chocolates and Vermont Chocolates didn't disappoint. I cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond to correct an issue that they didn't cause.
