Hailey the owner (I hope i spelled that correctly) was the sweetest and I had a great conversation with her about nutrition. The co-op itself has so many gluten free, vegan, organic and locally sourced food options to buy in bulk or by the package. I love the environment they create here and the workers are always so friendly and helpful. They also have a section of pre-made food (most of which is vegan) and it all looks freshly made and delightful! The offerings included Wally's breads, gelato, produce, fresh-cut flowers, pickled goods, pies, Grand Isle Pasta, alcohol, maple syrup, and more. During our time there, we sampled pasta salad, Smuggler's Notch alcohol + maple syrup, and currant simple syrup + jam. We ended up buying bourbon barrel-aged maple syrup, currant simple syrup, garlic scapes pasta, and fresh eggs. Everything was reasonably priced and high quality. There was even live music! From the owner: Get great, healthy food at our public summer farmstand, at our winter farmstore, or through our CSA…read moremembership program. We follow, and have for many years followed, organic growing practices. We believe a healthy soil produces healthy animals and people. We select our vegetables for flavor and nutrient content rather than for machine harvesting and long shipment. Complementing the vegetables and flowers are pastured chickens, ducks, and pigs. The poultry and pigs use less prime land, keep pests down, and provide us with great entertainment. Our animals are not fed junk food. They are fed certified organic feed, supplemented with plants and insects that they find and our "seconds" vegetables. Our free-range, pastured hens are fed certified organic, non-GMO, feed, producing wonderful dark brown eggs. Eggs are available for purchase at the farmstand/farmstore and also through our Support a Hen CSA, providing eggs at a discount year-round. We open our public summer farmstand in May When we outgrow the farmstore with fesh growth. The summer farmstand stays open through October, when we move inside to the winter farmstore. Our CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) membership program runs from June through October with vegetable, meat, eggs, and flower options.

They added the smokehouse and farm market and now offer a diverse variety of local food and non-food items for sale.
