I called Scott, and he stopped by and did an estimate for free. The cost was substantially less than quotes from several other contractors, and he did all of the work himself. The latter is no small point. Instead of a couple of burned out laborers doing the work, being exploited by a young entrepreneur, Scott the owner, the guy with his reputation on the line, was making sure everything was perfect. Now my courtyard and driveway pavers look better than new. But beware, your neighbors will be jealous. Thanks Scott. Take that lurking drive by HOA inspector!

We needed a lot of drywall repair work and a total repaint. After interviewing 6 companies and individuals, we chose to go with R-coat painting and Drywall. Not only was their representative , Anthony Forrest very nice - their references checked out, they are licensed and bonded and they had the cheapest price! Their working mode was very efficient, fast and neat. The drywallers were great - they covered all the carpeting and tented off the affected areas and lamps. Their texturing was expert. The painters were VERY fast and their cut-in lines were excellent. They painted and caulked every place they could and the crownmolding now looks great. 6 paint colors were used. Each day, either the owner - Rodel Fuentes, or Anthony Forrest would come by to ensure that everything was going as planned. They gave us a day or so after the paint job was over to check everything out before asking for payment. Again, I thought they were great and would definitely use them again!

I was a bit hesitant because I didn't know them but they quickly became like family. The loft conversion consisted of framing, drywall, trim, doors, and installing a tub surround. They were fast and did a great job on that so we hired them next to do the paint in the addition and the conversion. During this time we also needed more framing for a few closets and risers for our theater room. So of course we hired them for that. We also hired them to hang doors, and for window and door trim. They just did such a good job on every task and the prices were always very reasonable. I really can't say enough about these guys! We have 2 small kids and they have always been great with them as well. If you're in the market and have any questions feel free to reach out and I can provide more details and n pictures.
