You should know it's incredibly busy, there are people in line all day long, and that makes it hard for them to deal with the phones, but there always seems to be someone working with a customer on the phone. Sorry, but the people in the store take precedence over phone calls, and the place is packed most of the daylight hours. The staff is actually very nice, particularly the two head pharmacists I have seen. I have had several issues dealing with my insurance and they help me every time. It seems like the people who are complaining are expecting a lot of customer service. If you can't use the app/website and text messages, maybe this is not the place for you. So much of the process is online, not one-on-one, now. It's not as personal as the old days, but they are serving an enormous number of people here. I like coming in, scanning my phone, and getting my medications. It's efficient, you only really have to wait in the line, but the service is fast once you get to the counter. Some reviewer accused them of racism and that's unfair, it's a very diverse team, they have people from all over working there. I'm a trans person of color and I have always been treated well. I know people only review when they are mad, so there are lots of complaints, but if you have a little patience, this is good pharmacy with a conscientious group of people working here.

A few minutes later I noticed my fuel level had NOT changed at all. Before fueling, my car showed only a few miles left. After "fueling," it still showed almost empty, and by the time I got home I had only 1 mile left in the tank. I returned to the station with the receipt and calmly explained the issue. Instead of helping or checking the pump, the employee told me that Regular gas was unavailable and acted like it was somehow my problem -- even though the pump accepted payment and printed a receipt. When I asked how they planned to resolve the situation since I clearly did NOT receive the fuel I paid for, the employee became aggressive, started yelling, and tried to force me out of the store instead of helping. This is unacceptable customer service and extremely suspicious behavior. If a gas station accepts payment for fuel that customers may not actually receive, people deserve to know about it. I strongly recommend everyone double-check their fuel gauge immediately after pumping gas at this location. Receipt saved. Time and transaction documented.

This place is close to where I get my waxing done (Touché you should totally go, it's awesome) I had gone about 6 months ago, but they were oddly closed on a Saturday afternoon. Went back a few weeks ago, there was no one in the place. I'm happy with my manicure and pedicure, but it was just the owner and her daughter. They're down to one pedicure chair (from 3), salon upstairs is closed, so I don't know how much longer they'll be open... Which is too bad because they've always been so nice to me. I bought a groupon for a $10 beauty sq gel manicure. I tried to call for an appointment a few…read moretimes and no one answered so I looked on the website to see their hours. I then realized I could make an appointment online which was convenient and I wish more places had that option. I had an appointment with Christine and when I got there they said I wasn't in the computer. Then another woman checked and found me. There wasn't a big selection of "Beauty Sq" gels so I asked if I could pay extra for OPI and they told me no (I did read another reviewer was able to upgrade to OPI but for some reason they told me no). The color I decided on they couldn't find so I just asked to get a regular manicure and pedicure and I'd just save my groupon for another time. The nail technician (which ended up not being Christine) had a severe attitude problem. She was rolling her eyes, talking in Chinese to the other technician being rude to me and other customers. When I was leaving she chased me down and said "next time you must make appointment, we don't do walk ins here" and gave me a business card. I got snippy and said I did have an appointment, I had the confirmation to prove it. Another customer waiting walked out behind me saying she couldn't take their attitudes and thanked me for standing up to them. When I had purchased the groupon I recommended it to my mom because it was such a deal. She ended up going a few days after me because she didn't want it to go to waste despite my bad experience but she had an even worse appointment. She said her technician was berating her, telling her that her nails were damaged from having acrylic on (my mother never has acrylic on her nails) and that her cuticles were a mess. Unnecessary comments that she should have kept to herself. My groupon for the gel manicure expires in November but I think I'm just going to take it as a loss and not return.
