I was able to make an appointment within a week and was looking forward to finishing off with a tonneau the 2019 Honda Ridgeline I had just purchased. The appointment for installation took twice as long as promised. The problem was not with the technicians, but that the tonneau did not fit properly where it would snap down. They tried everything to get it to fit, but to no avail. They showed me where you had to smack down the ends just to get it to close. They could have just thrown up their hands and sent me on my way, but Doug and his assistant didn't. Instead, they explained the issue to me and said they will take measurements and photos and get in touch with the manufacturer of the Truxedo cover. In the meantime, they left the one in place. It was only a week later that I received a call that a new tonneau had been received and ready to install. Fortunately, a slot was open that morning, and I brought my truck back. 45 minutes later, the new tonneau was in place and operating smoothly. Kastille was happy to show me how to operate it, as this was my first truck. I am totally impressed with the professionalism of Truck Outfitters in West Bend. Like a fine men's clothier, Doug was not satisfied until the fit on my truck was perfect and until I was satisfied. 5 STARS!

It was not busy and the customer service associate did his best to try to locate the parts. However, they were unavailable at this location and one part was not available for order at any AutoZone. This particular location was well organized and tidy. From what I know and have experience with my car, most AutoZone parts come with a decent warranty. Some parts have a lifetime guaranty. Their prices are competitive and they have a good return policy as well. AutoZone is generally a one-stop shop for car necessities.

My little nieces came to town & I wanted to take them for a spin on my ATV. But, the stock steel exhaust shield is notorious for branding the inner ankle of riders, I too carry this scar! A little online research led me to Fourwerx Carbon. I stopped in last week to purchase my heat shield & found a well organized, modern facility with a friendly & knowledgeable sales staff. Well worth the visit! I only wish they made more carbon fiber goodies for my Quad! But, titanium works too! Fourwerx also makes titanium hardware for ATV's & snowmobiles. Nuts & bolts at half the weight of steel, but twice the strength. Time to twist some wrenches!

One thing that I enjoy about the yard is that compared to others in the vicinity, they offer newer model vehicles to get parts from. I can normally find the parts that I need and the vehicles are pretty organized as far as make and foreign vs domestic, etc. My only displeasure with Wally's as a whole is their prices are pretty high and they really don't have any wiggle room when it comes to negotiating prices like some other yards. I know that on some parts they have to ask a certain price to make a profit but I feel like their prices could be a little better. Overall their customer service is good and the selection is good so I will continue to frequent this yard when I need auto parts for later model vehicles.

I repeated myself. I need to say I am over half deaf and I speak loud and clearly. She then asked me what model it was. I told her "nevermind" and walked out since she was doing me a massive favor by waiting on me and I didn't want to tire her out more. I went down the street to Advance Auto Parts and bought my belt without a single issue.
