They never called so I called them and they stated they were waiting on parts and would call with update. Again never called. I called again and this is now 5 days later and said they found something else wrong and now we're waiting on those parts. Finally 1 week later it was ready and the price was way more expensive than what was quoted Overall I would not recommend them for repairs, communication is non existing. But would recommend for a tow to another repair shop

Not only have i been trusting them to fix my vehicles for over 10 years, but all of the mechanics will take the time to explain anything (and everything) you need to know about what was wrong with your car and why you need to fix it- or why you might be able to wait and fix it in the future. My car [always] tends to have issues at the wrong time in life when pennies are being pinched, but i have always been left with a feeling of comfort knowing that i wont be taken to the cleaners from having to fix something that doesnt need to be fixed, or that im buying random new parts that dont need to be replaced. This place is one of THE most honest and reasonably priced auto shops in town. Im happy to say Im a customer for life. Ive even used their towing service multiple times, and they've always come to my rescue quick, got the job done safely, and got me back on the road in no time (tire change). Their shop is ALWAYS busy, so they must be doing something right AND, imo, doing it well! From the mechanics to receptionists - everyone that makes up J & M are wonderful, hilarious, and just the best people ever! Thank you for everything!

Nothing was broken, the wiring must have been loose and they were trying to shake me down for an extra $500 bucks. There's more shadiness to the story but this is the jist.
