The building is new and there is plenty of parking. It is conveniently located, although the hours are a touch limited and vary from day to day. The store employees are friendly and accommodating. On one occasion I returned an item to exchange for one that would fit my needs and the manager approved the exchange despite a store policy that would have otherwise prohibited it. This seems like common sense but, well, it's not the thing you can just expect anymore. I did not give the store a five-star rating because the pricing on many of their items is comparable to new and/or higher quality items. I think the store and the brand would be better served by a pricing policy that rewarded patrons rather than offering a 'hit or miss' gambler's philosophy.
