I believe they find one legitimate issue with the car and add on others. Came here for a state inspection and left with a bill for a recommended repair of 3200 or 2500 at minimum for the car to pass. Failed the car for a rear brake light (perfectly functional), front lower ball joint movement (no movement found by two other shops), and rear brakes that did need replacement. Additionally they recommended replacing the struts, engine belt, and transmission service (had that done 3 months prior). Quoted me 2x the cost of parts and labor and wouldn't give me a bill for parts and labor. Took the car out of state for rear brakes, rotors, and calipers. Got my state inspection at another shop and again they did not find any issue with the brake light or ball joints.
